Hi. I was wondering if anyone could give me any info on this server. Like, how is the community, market, and any other useful information. My wife and I are thinking of changing servers and Erica is one of the ones we are looking into. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

Some would say the prices on Erica are high, but there are not as high as a few of the other servers. I have been on this server since it first opened so I have seen a lot of changes over the years. To generalize, this server in my opinion has a higher population of older players (age) and a good mix of personality types. Automated playing (bots) are on all servers, but I rarely find it as a problem; meaning they interrupt my game play. Joining a good clan is the best thing for anyone that wants to enjoy this game for all it is worth. I would suggest trying out the clan that I am in. You can pm me here on this site or in game (Riesling) Our clan has people from all around the world playing, so it seems like there is always someone on to chat/play with. I hope you chose this server, and hope to hear from you.
Allwine, you forgot to mention that Erica is the Drama Queen of L2.
So if you lookin for Drama and many weird and unpredictable PvPs', Erica is the best for that.

If you want to hang with the strongest clan on the server, join FOB side, but don't get ****** if they PK you cause they are bored.
Join RR if you want to fight against PR.
Join Legacy if you want to fight both PR and RR, except for sieges, then you fight RR toghether with PR, or you will fight PR toghether with RR, or you will fight both.

RR left PR, PR war RR, RR make RF/DW leave legacy, legacy join PR, leg don't like PR, leg leave PR, PR war leg, leg unwars RR wars PR fights PR not RR neither RP (maybe RR). RF splits into RR so RF now = RR and RR fighting PR and not RPing. PR = Fob and LR, so LR are PR fighting RR which is RF but LR are PRs Scrubs and get dumped on.
There is drama here, but only between a few people and a handful of clans. I actually think this server is rather quiet in terms of drama. Ohh, btw blah is where the kids hang out, so you will always see drama there. Notice it is mostly the same people too.
...naw in all honestly its not all kids over there...but certainly alot of bytching and some people with way too much free time to play lineage...which quite often turn out to be kids cause they have all the dman time in the world...[Censored]..! :mad: ;) :p
Blah can be a good forum - but you said you are switching servers, not new to game, so you probably know all about it anyways.

I loved Erica, still have fondness for it. Yes, politics n biotching goes on, on every server. But where Erica is concerned, RR, PR, FOB, blah blah and blah, are enough to turn anyone off the game. One hour in Erica and I feel the urge to listen to Radiohead and jump off a cliff. Same two or three talking utter bollockas in hero chat, same two or three bullies. God forbid you happen to be in a clan that they take a dislike to, you will find yourself back at starting level before you know it.
That said...... :) there are some lovely people on Erica, helpful, friendly and willing to give others a chance. If all servers are the same, then Erica is no better or worse than them.
