Im coming to lvl 40 and still cannot decide what to follow:
Glad or Warlord.
Can u guys please help me decide on it?
Also please tell me which one is easier to dress up
what weapons which (CA) and what is the best armor would be?
Gladiator seems to be very fun to play, even in solo grind (using those skills never gets old :p). And if you're a maniac leveler (play play play) and get to 78+ fast(er) you'll notice that with proper gear you're quite a killing machine.
Warlord is easier to level (much easier, easier to pole), but taking into consideration the very large pole nerfs that come with CT1, without a solid party at any level it will be very hard. If you have a good clan with great buffers and healers it should be ok. (i won't talk about oop buffers/healers... out of respect for the people actually playing them !!).
I can only think about the "easier to level" bit when thinking about warlords really, but I have never played one so it could be... fun, even outside massive poling. PvP.. well, I never heard a Warlord bragging about his PvP skills/possibilities.
Any experienced Warlod/Glad player can provide a more valuable input.
Search is your friend.
But Ill throw you a bone all the same. Go Glad, never look back.
For gear well always Top Grade Heavy and Top Grade Jewels.
For Weapon Top Grade duals with SA Focus. SA haste for A grade.
Enjoy one of the most powerfull classes at end game.

Indeed, lookup the Glad and warlord threads for more details ;).

He says haste for a grade cause there is no focus SA in a grade and as far as i know there never was :( but don't even look at the kesh*kesh they suck donkeyballs, if you can't afford getting dama*tall+4 or better then aim for a highly oe'd tsu*sls through agrade.. kesh*kesh +7 still don't beat my low oe'd +6 tsu*sls with crit augment and they're one grade higher, lol.

According to L2calc You need +10 tsu*sls to equal +4 kesh*kesh DPS unbuffed. +9 with prophet buffs.
Augments asside of course as you could get good augments on both or bad on both...
Since the OP hasnt stated if he was rich or not im just going with grade respective equipment :P IF he can afford +10 tsu*sls I agree it is the best choice by far.
Well I have played the warlord on PTS now and I really do NOT recommend to play a warlord unless you do have a good healer around (And a SE will NOT do at the higher levels).
Reason I state this is that I played the warrior/warlord from L20 and up to L55 in cata's only.
I had the SE (L65+) oop all the time.
Pulling more then 1 room is just plain silly as my SE kept healing the warrior/warlord. Also during this time when I had the skill battle roar I would have it on all the time. Accuracy too.
I refrained from Viscous Stance as it would drain the MP I had even more.
From L57 and higher the real trouble began for me in dualbox setup as cata's then starts to get stunners. Especially the aoe-stun mobs have sucks balls then as 1 stun from those mobs on your healer could mean certain death.
Guess NCsoft needed to kill of yet another class..

The class is not killed just nerfed so you don't have 1 warlord and 1 se pulling 5 rooms and you can't find a room because that 1 warlord pulling them all

They didnt kill this class, they boosted healers so that they would have a more active role in the game. They're reviving a class they really did kill. So im so sorry that you cant solo pull 10000 rooms w/out a healer, but it aint gunna kill you to get a healer in ur party. Im tired of everyone being so butthurt about this "nerf", stop crying, suck it up, and put a healer in ur party
