You should have downloaded the PTS even if you don't play. When the servers go live all you need is a very tiny conversion file and you can login.

I'm tired, I can't "walk the dog" anymore.

Well, "walking the dog" for 8 hours can be tiresome, I suppose :)

I kinda don't have a "dog to walk", so I wouldn't know *smirks*

I tried "walking the dog" for eight hours one time. My hand ended up being contorted into this completely unusable mishapen claw whose newly developed crippling arthritic properties made it almost unbearable to go on any longer. It was such an excrutiating episode that halfway through I suffered a grand mal seizure that left me a shell of my former self.

...so I switched hands.

And that let me walk my bichon frise around the block until it got a little tired so then we stopped.

I hope you didn't walk your dog with a friend.

At least not a friend that has a dog too. Maybe a friend that has a cat would be better.

Personally, when I have to kill a few hours worth of wait for downtime, I just go downstairs into the room I'm not supposed to go into, go into the closet, go fight some massive war, grow old and when I'm bored I just come back, and BAM... I can play L2.

Oh dear God. The jokes a friend of mine and I have made about "calm submissive state" stuff. Try this, anytime someone says something you don't like in Vent while playing L2 make the "tsschh" sound. I swear that it stops people mid-stream, lol.
