Wow, since the new update, I have never seen so many 'attack fails' on white mobs. +4int,+4wit,and +4con(-4str) for tats and a DC robes set. I wonder if it was a monster mdef adjustment or a mage attack adjustment. Thoughts?
I don't recall the failure rate being this high on monsters of similar or lower level in the past. This could be observer error on my part, but spell failure seemed especially bad on higher level monsters. Yes, there should be an increased rate of failure for attacking mobs significantly above your level, but if you fail often when attacking mobs that con yellow, that's an unnecessary penalty for high-level nukers hunting certain high-level areas.
EDIT: Oh, and don't forget that Surrender spells are significantly nerfed in effect. While overall nukers are enjoying a boost in PvP due to the fact that resist buffs are much weaker than before, nukers now actually do less damage against minimally-protected targets, and Surrender doesn't even seem to be worth the MP to cast in PvE.
Lol, stop crying? Melee classes can miss mobs entirely (even if they aren't high evasion) and have their attacks blocked. Nukers are still fine, just takes a bit of paying attention now.

Wait a sec, you don't even have a dark elf nuker, do you troll -every- discussion board?
Let's not get ourselves caught up in a discussion of what class I have or don't have. Can we just concentrate on the topic at hand? That is to say: you are always wrong and I am always right regardless of the circumstances.
I had a 24 Dark Wizard. I didn't really like it. The mana consumption ****** me off and that was before the nerf.
Anyways, I wouldn't call it a nerf, playing a nuker was so mindless, now it takes a little bit of paying attention. Definately frustrating at times, but I wouldn't call it a nerf.
