Penalty on death at level 5?!

Out of curiosity, I just made my first Kamael.

I noticed that the new male voice says when I reached level 5:

"The bad news are that there is now a penalty for dying".

I died on purpose and.. guess what, there was no penalty :p

There is chance to incur a penalty on death. This penalty is a disability on your attack. It is permanent until removed by a scroll you can purchase at the grocery store.

You do not get the pealty every time. You do get the XP loss every time.

it happens, just uncommon. albeit more common after you get penalty lvl 1, and increasing chance each consecutive level.

being red helps you get them faster too.

XP loss and dropping items used to happen early.

It's been changed, but you can't really expect the devs to go back and change the tutorial messages, can you? It's not like anyone listens to them... :p

What you write would be very true.. if not for the fact that they DID CHANGE the messages. Where a lady was speaking, now we have a man saying the tutorial stuff!

Surely, when they recorded that message for CT1, they should have known that level 5s don't have penalty on death, right?

Anyway, it's not that I care much about a speech error: I still cannot get Weapon Mastery lv 2+ for my Kamael. Maybe Kamael don't have that skill? Wth... I don't even have the heart to petition for it, because I know the answer would be to send them a DirectX or Hijack report.

And, by the way, I also cannot read the letter descenders on the chat line (the tails at the bottom of letters like y, p, q, g, j), so y shows like v, q like g and j like i.

I know I sound *****y, well, I am. I really, really, really cannot believe that somebody didn't see all these things before this went live. I go to sleep, hoping tomorrow I will be able to see things in a brighter light :(
