Raid Boss Spawns after new chronicle

I've been camping Baium for some time now trying to finish this insanely stupid subclass quest. I thought I had the spawn time down on Sieghardt, but I was wondering if the addition of the new chronicle threw off the spawn times. Also, if anyone knows if Baium was killed on yesterday?

Da Smookster

from what i have seen a server downtime means "spawn time + downtime"
if the server was down for 8 hours then add another 8 hours to your wait
sometimes it gets messed up and the spawn timer is reset
