Grr.... With all my english language knowledge I cannot change the shortcuts. I simply want the logical - the 1 column of shortcut icons to be called with the numbers and the second column with the F keys. For some highly unknow reason it is quite the opposite now. And the worst is whatever I try a stupid windows pops and asks questions and no matter if I confirm or not noting changes.
Welcome to the Wonderful world of L2!!! Best bet is to nuke the whole L2 client from your HDD and purchase a new game not made by NCSoft. The Shortcut mapping system is horrible, I feel your pain.
Alyra said she asked about it, and was waiting for a response, my support ticket about it got forwarded, and still no response, maybe during the course of next week (when people work, noone likes working in the weekend ^^) we'll get an answer on how to fix stuff.
I resorted to switch the first and second skill bar to have my skill with the same hotkeys they used to have since I can't seem to find a way to make the game change my keys.

How naive to think that they will ever answer, lol. There's been stuff broken for years and you expect them to fix something in a matter of weeks? NCSoft has a track record of failing to answer to the needs of its customers.

I do the same but the stupid [censored] [censored] [censored] game every time reverts the columns when the game is started or even when an alt toon is loaded.
The Shortcut mapping system is horrible, I feel your pain.
I noticed that saved shortcuts sometimes randomly switch to defaults, and after I relog, they are back to the saved(customized) version. Never know what to expect upon the next login. :confused:

does the same thing if you try to reposition windows (status, inventory) they all get moved back to the original position.
i am not sure, but you *could* try altering the windowsinfo.ini file in your system folder, but i do not know if it will revert after restarts.
