Summons/Servitors

Y'all knew this had to be coming >.> I like the fact that after 70+ most summons/servitors take no xp from ya at all.... Cept for the dwarven ones, we didn't get the nifty no xp loss when summons are out, fun eh?

coulda at least made them 5% or something

I kind of agree that it would be nice if they didn't take all your XP, however, you guys can XP without your servitors; not like anyone is forcing you to use them like a true summoner.

you have never played a 7x dorf if you seriously think we can xp fine without the summon
honestly you "real" summoners spend more time as buff biitches so it should be us that gets the reduced xp loss and you guys get another button to press in an archer party before you go afk for 20 mins and leech XP

The buff is only 2 minutes, 2 1/2 if it's OEed =(

other than the drop to 0 exp taken, the summoners in this patch didnt get anything really no new skills at all. I do agree dwarves and necros and DAs should have recieved some sort of drop in exp taken just not to 0 imho

They didn't get any CP AFAIK, only your party members can now see they summon's HP.

How could you even lump Necros in the same catagory as a WC or DA PvE wise O_o

Well, i'm glad that warlocks make up the entirety of summoners.

while i think that a WS pet actually should take XP since we dont have to rely on the pet, i still belive it should have been lowered atleast.

It's okay, Necro summons are still better than the rest. It's not like any full DD group PvEs in 7x without prophecy (boxxed or in group) anyways.

DA & Dwarf aren't pure summoners. Not saying they shouldn't have had a fix, but its understandable why they didn't. A DA nor a Dwarf are 100% dependant on a summon.

Exactly, take away a true summoner's sevitor and have the summoner and dorf XP next to eachother, the dwarf will get XP much faster. ;) Do I think WS and DA should get an XP reduction? Sure. Do I think they can still get along fine without it? Yes. I can understand why NCsoft didn't give them the same deal as a summoner. If it ****** yeah off, go roll a summoner. XD

Not everyone is a Warlock or ES either, while those two may be buff pets, the PS plays a very active roll as a healer in certain instances.

You can have my buff summon for all I care lol, most, if not all, "pre-buffersummon-patch summoners" would prefer not to have one anyways.. If I wanted to do that we'd have chosen SwS/BD.
