at lvl 46 u get skill soul gathering.
10 soul ores u can exchange for souls full to limit.

It's a level 40 skill called Life to Soul and you get a new level now and again. All Kamael classes get it ofcourse.
Not sure how many souls it gives you but it eats some HP for the souls it gives. LtS.

It gives you 2 souls

Soul gathering - Consumes 10 spirit ore and fills your souls to the maximum amount. Long coold down, got it at 46 on PTS.

Life to Soul - Sacrifices HP for Souls. Gives 1 soul per level of Life to Soul if i recall correctly. Around 1 minute cooldown.

Soul gathering consumes 10 spirit ores puts souls to max cool down about 3-4min

life to soul begins at 2souls per cast and goes up 1 each addtional level you get of it cool down is like 30secs-50secs
