Fallen Arrow fails 9/10 =/

I don't know if at 40 I should be using this skill, as it only got up to Lv 6 I think, and is a pretty weak spell. But every time I use it (even on a mob with weak M. Def.) it fails, hits for 1 damage, or says "damage has been reduced, mob has magic resistance" (something like that).

Should I just drop this skill? Not sure if the odds of success are just bugged, or if lower level skills should be removed from the skill bar because they're not useful. I know to always go with your best skills (not using power strike @ 80 etc. but its one of 3 nuke spells i have right now, while one of those is a pretty weak area nuke too... which leave abyssal blaze with a pretty long cooldown. The skill is failing because it is a low lvl skill. When did you learn the last lvl of it?

Fallen Arrow is a pre-20 skill. (Aquired at lvl 10 and 3 more levels at 15) It's basically useless at your level. Abyssal Blaze will also become useless at higher levels.

I'm assuming you're a beserker? In which case lvl 36 was your last level to upgrade your nukes. Soul Breakers are the only class route that will obtain new nukes after 40.
