So i was thinking on getting another account and try to lvl a PP or SE in order to aid my future Soul Breaker.My kamael is only lvl 29 so far.. kinda long way to 40 but anyway.
I was wondering on what's best for a soulbreaker,a PP or a SE.With the PP you get the blesses, Zerk, Haste2 etc etc and with the SE you get VR,EMP and of course recharge.. i can imagine SB's will have mana issues later on.
Never tried this before and i don't even know if it's worth it.. i mean the grind is already a killer, lvling 2 chars at the same time?..anyway.Post your toughts please :)
I would recommend SE. VR and EMP is a key talent. With VR you won't feel lack of blesses so much and you can get Haste from potions (alacrity if you don't have so much money or GSAP if you have a bit more).
Lvling 2 chars is not that bad as you think. 1st because you get 30% exp bonus for party, 2 that because of buffs you can grind faster. I think that in fact lvling 2 chars is almost the same as 1 (sometimes can be even faster).
The best option would be to get offparty high lvl SE. With this you will lvl fast as hell.
You could also use a WC, only con is no WW which can be purchased in pots much cheaper than GSAP. Soulbreakers are still primarily melee and you get an empower type buff of your own later.
Using a WC would give you the benefits of both a PP and SE being Haste, Acumen and VR.
Yeah, but on which lvl? Both SE and PP will have those buffs earlier. Example: WC 44 VR 1 lvl, focus 1 lvl, SE 44 VR 2 lvl, focus 2 lvl etc. WC is ok if you already have high lvl one. If you want to grind both chars from lvl 1 I will suggest still SE.

and that's coming from some one that have both SE and WC at 70+. WC is better but only at high lvls which means you need to already have one. Also if you sub or try diffrent class SE is just more useable with all the classes.
It's true with an SE or PP you get the buffs a few levels sooner but if you are going to level 1 of the 3 the WC would be more beneficial in the end. Either way if you don't have 1 of the 3, you've got to level one anyway and you might as well level the one that will benefit you the most.
SE
Pros: Empower, VR & Recharges
Cons: No Acumen, Magic Barrier, Haste, greater shield or greater might.
PP
Pros: Beserker Spirit & gets same buff before WC
Cons: No VR, No Emp, No recharge
WC
Pros: Agility & VR, Best overall at higher levels
Cons: No WW, No Emp, No recharge, PP & SE get equal level buffs sooner.
I personally suggest PP and find a SE if you can. all you need is VR. the PP buffs out do the SE buffs. my wife and I currently use our dwarf sub'd PP and we duo catas with no problem at all. it becomes to easy at a early stage. we are both 46 and about to move to apo duo to the fact the 2 connected rooms isn't enough now :/ IMO the SoulBreaker with full buffs is a easy grind. with or without VR. if you don't have VR just buy a [censored] load of GHP and your good to go :)
Well... for any Kamael I'd suggest SE. VR is a MUST and you have nukes, you need Empower.
And man... recharges. Recharges are the thing to have. Trust me, if you want to grind without having to sit down, you need recharges.
The important prophet buffs that you'd get are Haste and Zerk. You can live without Zerk, and haste 2 can be bought (Sorry to all live Prophets out there).
Depends on where you lvl I guess. I love catas. and melee in catas is great exp. the only time nukes work in cata is during the competition week. If dawn wins all the mobs are resist to dark atk. so nukes are out. but the grind in cata is great exp.
Cause I leveled my Zerker from... lvl 46 to 61 (yes, no kidding) in EV. There isn't a better exp per time place at those levels. I could solo in Catacombs with my SE, but it was slow and boring.
Now at A grade is a whole different thing. I can take a small room with no big deal. And it is still better exp than most of the open places. EV just spoils you way too much, I'll tell ya :)
yea my wife and I lvl together. if she steps away I can hold a room on my own. my way of lvling very expensive. I spam GHP's like candy. considering that the kamael has race pently which makes them harder to heal >< but it's ok. I still love the SoulBreaker class.
in my opinnion prophet isnt good to lvl a Soul Breaker, especialy at higher lvl.
i suggest you a warcryer, kamael race have a passive skill called guilted body, it lower your heals by somthing like 40%, so VR is very important.
SE can be good choice at end game if u can lvl her to 78 and affrod hast pots all along, pow is great for soul breaker to grind 75+
