I still use DDR1 so what :p It's just hype now and marketing push, DDR2 hasn't got to it's full potential yet. Change 2-2-3-6-12 (or whatever those numbers are) for 20-20-60-80-120 timings , but really fast and really ... expensive.

DDR3 1GB like 400 dollers

while DDR2 top is same as low DDR3 with value of 1GB = like 80 dollers

Actually my computer runs Crysis very well, yet doesn't run CT1 too well.
