Can anyone explain me what this skill actually does. I used it on a mob 2day, but i didnt notifie any damage or so.
Maybe someone has experience with it in pvp.
It immobilises both your target and yourself for the duration. Your target can still use skills and ranged attacks, though - I believe might be able to attack in melee as well, if someone is in range.
Would be more useful if it was a 2-way form of anchor imo.
Both chars frozen, both chars unnable to be harmed for the duration. This would be really useful for taking out certain chars in pvp when it lands. As it stands...not so useful.
so if u have help such as a tank and mabey another slow dd, it wouldn't be useful for imobilzing archers trying to kite ur party? /sarcasm off
honestly the 100% land rate is more then enough to make this skill extermly useful. it works on RBs as well last i checked, good for when the tank loses agro. nothing is better then 30 seconds for the tank to regain agro before it kills ur main damage dealing nukers.
Shadow Bind (Lv1): Grabs enemy's shadow : Is this skill area effect or only 1 target effect. Cause I thought that were area effect, but in siege and while fighting mobs I can only grab 1 target at time.
Pardon my ignorance for not knowing what class gets the skill.. I'm pretty dumb when it comes to who gets what (only been playing like 3 days). But I imagine the "Run" or w/e skill for berserker that charges at the enemy, then bind them would be nice, because it would allow you to beat them up w/out them being able to move. Though if this is a Breaker skill, I guess it kinda defeats the purpose of my whole comment..
i foresee tank party formed of 2 SB and SH ...
I doubt that the sh is needed since regen covers the 30 second gap of HP ( for souls ) and MP for cast ...
but just in case ...
Keep in mind MP is drained while the skill is in effect also. There wasn't anything about that in the description, but I noticed it when testing it out in the arena.
So it will take longer to kill the boss, but hey - practically no risk.
I wonder if it works on Dragons (Antharas, Valakas). If it does, it might be very interesting, until the next update comes and fixes it.
