I hunted at cruma swamps till 34-ish then went to dread wolfs at fields of silence/whispers (forgot which :) ) I think I killed those till 40 actually. Half hp mobs, but they die really fast, which means more herbs which means you can use skills faster usually etc.
Yeah it seems with half hp mobs, now with the introduction of the field of herbs, you can level easier off them although it gets messing when you pole 200 of them with 8 polers and 1 poler bringing more into the mess which means no time to pick up and by the time the group is over your standing on top of all the mess it was a good thing it wasn't during the event where all the presents would be stockpile on top of each other reaching the sky
