okay, well i reactivated my account yesterday, and for some reason it kept telling me "usage term expired", even though i could post on the forums with the account, so it WAS activated.
anyway, i emailed support, they asked me a few questions and said they are escalating my ticket to a senior customer support representative or something like that, and since then i haven't gotten a reply back yet.
now i tried to login into the game, and i was able to, but all the toons that i used to have are gone! what the heck is going on??
