Create Special Bolt

The description isn't really helpful ... what does it do? :)

it basicly crafts a special bolt, the respawn on the skill it self is very slow and you can only use those special bolts with one skill and I think that might be bleeding shoot, not sure tho..

yes, you create a special arrow called special bolt, and you can only use it with deadly roullete and bleeding shot. :)

Hmm, bleeding shot didn't seem all that great.

Right now, i combine Bleeding Shot + Poison Trap + Imbue Dark Seed + Warp + Twin Shot + Binding Trap + Twin Shot + Shot + Shot. It works pretty well :p

I'm just doing real target and twin shot often enough to keep me regenerating-but-not-empty. At current, I'm not quite sure where I'd find MP for more (other than maybe turning hard march on x.x).

It is a lvl 66 skill ;) I didnt test it yet, but since it is a <10% HP useable skill, i wonder if i could use it one day.

Its basically an attempt for a lethal strike.

Deadly Roulette is Lethal shot with a twist, you have to be at like 10% or less Hp tp use it. I cant remember the exact % but it did translate to about 500 HP or less at 78 with Drac on PTS. Pretty useless skill.

I can have a few hundred, not sure what you are talking about. I make one each time I buff up.

yea where you get 3 from I have a ton I just make them every time the skill cool down not using a Bow right now so I'm just stock pilling them till B grade.

I get the number 3 cause that is how many I have on me and the game won't let me make anymore. Keeps giving me a message that I'm not able to use the skill due to too many in my inventory.

Try to free at least 10 slots in Your inventory and repeat the skill.

your inventory must be 80% full in order to do the skill. If it is more than 80% full then u cant use it.
