there should be scrolls of Earth, Fire, Water, Wind, and Heart and when all 5 are used, you turn into CAPTAIN PLANET!!
ok now im going to suggest something not AS stupid, how about a "buff" scroll that acts more like a placement holder... instead of going onto your buff bar though, it goes onto that third line with the hp pot, and when someone uses a debuff one of the placement holder scrolls gets knocked off before your real buffs, of course there would have to be a low limit to how many you could have on at one time. i honestly cant think of any "new" kind of idea for scrolls besides that...
I know it's already in the game in an expensive L2-day scroll form...
But ever since they introduced BSOE (EE skill!!) and BREZ (Bish skill!) I've wanted to see empower in a bottle. Even a low level empower would be great. I mean, you can get practically everything else you need in a bottle - mp, haste, ww, acumen, hp, etc. I would just <3 an empower bottle.
It's not a pot but I wish they had flaming arrows, exploding arrows, etc. Flaming arrows do more damage to doors and structures, exploding arrows for aoe damage, some other but I forget.

Make a pot that makes you drunk when you use it on yourself or makes your target drunk if you land it enough on him/her/it.
Effect:
Can't run/walk in straight line.
Occasional stopping and standing there.
Random dropping stackable (cheap) items.
Extreme low percentage of stun, however, constant animation of stun going around head.
Chance of new CT1 flying pets (in dance of shadow form) flying around you.
Extreme low chance of you sitting down for nothing.
I don't think the new stuff should come in a bottle.
Although it's no law against drinking, it's not a good thing. Drunk driving and so on. Drinking has caused more problems than smoking. Pointing to suggestion forum with the idea of cigars. ;)

Emp pots.. No need for those as you already have the scroll type. If those pots do come next then why not some greater might, major heal and greater shield pots too while they are at it, oke?

This game is becoming a Third Person Shooter anyway (look at the Kamael race lacking a healer/buffer class).

VR in a bottle. Emp in a bottle (effectively kill SE's)
Heal pots that heal like bishops (herbs) available at npc shops (kill bishops)
MP pots that are spammable, npc available no timer (kill EE's)
At the risk of derailing my own post, I wonder if that would encourage more partying, or more boxing? (If it's possible to have even more buffpets in game than there are now.)
With or without I don't think it will make it go up or down...It's always just been part of the whole.
I'm of those who hope it will make grouping more lively again with live played healers (although I may not complain as my alliance has quite the live ones). Although all this is more influenced by the player's will and wishes.

Yes, what a courageous victory. Defeating an army in your own territory in the dead of winter. If I recall correctly, Russia had to fend off invaders under similar circumstances and succeeded as well.

I was talking more about Napoleon in a time much longer ago, but you're referencing the conflict that ended with German troops surrendering to the Soviets? That WWII? Educate yourself? Finland ended the hostilities between them and Russia in 1940 because their army was too weak and ill supplied. They gave up land and money, but kept their... pride, I guess? If you're trying to defend the might of your country, you may not want to make references to that conflict. Just saying.
