Help please.

Okay guys...I guess I'm stuck big time and I don't know how to resolve this, lol!

I'm level 19 and started the transfer class process. I completed everything but the kill of the final beast that I simply cannot kill. Some skeletons are "protecting" him and I keep dying and losing level points and adena.

Is there anyone that could tell me what should I do to finally make it happen?

Do you think I may not use the right weapon or armor types ( I did this stupid-stupid thing and changed my bone-armor with lion skin-armor and now I cannot wear it so I'm running around with the initial armor )?

Anyone that could help get over this, I thank in advance!

Yes, at level 19 it's not a very good idea of running around in starting armor. I would advice you if you can to raise your level to 20. Then you will be able to wear your lion skin armor (no quest required for that) and that would probably enable you to beat that final monster.

Or, if you are on Teon, contact me (Dragoniel) and I will come and help you to finish your quest.

I tried your suggestion and raised my lvl to 20 but when I wore the lion-skin armor I received a level penalty...Is it because I'm not yet a D class?

Received a penalty at level 20? That's very strange, grade masteries you get independently of the class or profession, only thing that matters is level. And at 20+ level you should be able to handle all D grade items without any penalties.
If you delevel below 20, however, your mastery will dissapear and reapply only when you reach level 20+ again.

Are you sure it was level penalty you had (there are some others, like weight penalty)? Or maybe you equiped some higher than D grade item (unlikely, I know, but...)?

If you are still in a trouble with that quest, you might want to try asking some high level people to help you. There are many players that gladly help newbies in their early troubles. Try pm'ing ("name message) some heroes (you can see hero chat going in blue color. If you actually can't, it's probably disabled and you can enable it in chat options, by using a tiny button in the left of the chat window).

If that does not work, I can explain to you how to safely get in the Giran (it's usually the main city of the game) for free (and return for free too, don't worry) - you are bound to find some people that are willing to help you there (as long as you don't beg for gear ;) ).

I understand what you say but I'm certain it said Level penalty (I think 1) and in the explanation it was saying that I wear armor that it's not for my level (yes I am definitely 20+ now).

So I took it off and the penalty disappeared. I'm not sure what should I do anymore.

For now I got back to Kamael village and I try to get some more adena doing quests.

(I forgot to tell you that when I started the class transfer I had aborted the quest of the Iconic Trinity. Do you think it's a necessary one and I should first complete it?)

Also I'd like to make another question... How I add friends so I know when they are online?

That's very interesting. Maybe it really depends on the class now. I was absolutely sure, that only the level matters. Oh well...

I can't remember exactly, but I don't think that you must complete Iconic Trinity quest in order to progress. But you can check here (http://lineage2.stratics.com/content/library/quests/index.php?view=ccq) to be sure.

You can add friends to your friendlist by using "/friendinvite name" command. To delete friends from there use "/frienddel name" and to look who is online - "/friendlist". You will also be given notice by system message when one of your friends logs in.

If it's the heroes you are trying to get help from, dont be very dissapointed if they refuse to answer - heroes constantly and oftenly get messaged by random people, so they usually learn to ignore it with time.

By the way, it would be very wise for you to look for academy at this point. You can do that by reading this forum under your server tab or clan reqruitment and then contacting the officers of the clan you like to take you on or by simply creating a new thread there asking for an academy membership and help.
Someone will take you on, be sure, that clan will get special bonus for picking you up.

By doing that you will get double profit - the clan that academy you will join will surely help you with all of your troubles and later will give you a very good D grade armor (and possibly even a weapon).

just exchange your weapon for top no grade.
sell your lion armour and buy back your other armour. You willlose a bit of money but make it back when you defeat the boss and complete your transfer.
