The first botted kamael hero, yay it took like what? less than 3 months?
Normal play is much faster than botting one up if you've got the buffs(prophecy of fire) and adena to burn shots. I mean it only takes about a day and a half to get one to 4x. Noblesse in 2+ months isn't impossible.
SA's don't apply to weapons when character beyond level of expertise. (you don't benefit of the SA).
I guess the big p.att/m.att is what counts. Properly buffed you should have enough accuracy. They should have reduced the attack speed and cast speed too when outside grade expertise, that would've made using out of expertise weapons impossible.

Oh I bet one of those charatcers (if not the hero, then his buffer were botted/powerlvled)
I can't count the number of high lvled toons - be it legit, use botted buffers, that many many ppl have access too.
Am I jealous that he he has a PoF or PoWind buffer at his disposal, sure I am ;)
My Kamael is 59 and I'm aiming for A grade this week, and yes, I do NOT have a life right now (*sighs* I wish I did, though. I'm not working, being a housewife only takes a few hours of my day and I am left with the rest of the day to do nothing, so... yeah).
But geez, Hero? In less than two months? I don't know, won't accuse anyone without knowing, but bleh. Botted, played 24/7, powerleveled, legit or not, it's none of my business.
The point is, though... why level this fast? What's the accomplishment? You don't even really get to understand the class, the skills, you don't get to enjoy the class...
