That's actually what I expected.

Question: does it matter what grade equipment do you carry? E.g. I want to transfer level 40 toon but with equipped A grade items (as mule or for future use). Would that work?

How is that not fair? if u are level 79 noble u can go with full OE gear and boss jewels and 700 mil adena

If you cannot make 700 mil adena work for u on a new server then you cheated getting to 79 in the first place.
