Yep, nothing new. I have a friend that use to buy all the infernium ore back when that was the only way to get A grade parts, just to sell it higher. Sucks but there's no way to stop it. Buy low , sell high is how people make money.
Sell it high enough and have your regular customers pm you. Or have your regular customers make a buy shop around you and fill those orders as you craft. The 2nd one makes those other guys really upset.
Think of it this way however, you gave people a chance at getting shots at a lower price. I always appreciate people like you and if I can buy from them I do!
This is really bad on lionna. There's one super cheap seller, my best friend buys them from him and sets up shop slightly higher (more efficient use of her money) and usually another dwarf in town will buy her entire stock and set up shop. As a side note they all charge more than it would cost you to craft.
That's real bad on Lionna cause a few heros encouraged the overpricing of everything for the new few months becuase of the new kamael coming out. Thanks to the few of the olympaid winners of the month(not heroes cause they don't do anything heroic, not champions cause they are fed).

Yeah, I'd blame the people who don't craft their own shots. But that's always been the problem with L2. Far too many want "instant gratification" aren't willing to put in the time to learn about the game or the market.

The problem with selling shots near GK in Giran is half the sellers won't even rez to the buyer who just teleported in.
And if it was about saving a few adenas then they buy crystals and head to the crafter corner to make it themselves.
But if you really sell every day, they can target you and buy from you because they know you are there, and then you can sell a bit higher than others.
One dwarf in Kain sells CSS 25a-30a and she gets customers, because she is regularly here, you can undercut her but it's more about rezzing first or reaching you with /target. She often buys all my stock, I resupply in a few minutes but that doesn't prevent her to sell all of it.

i buy off shops too, because ppl can pm me for discount and no1 is forced to buy my shots. if someone buys your shots for 3a less then mine, but can easily craft it hisself for 30a less, why u care bout that??? ALL people who buy shots have enough adena if not they would craft.

if you want to lower the price of shots, you cant do it all in 1 fell swoop. You will need to step the price down over a long period of time. Start out with your shop being 1-2a less than the rest of the guys and make sure your supply is so great that you wont be bought for quite some time. As others start to go to your price, drop your price again. Keep doing this until its in the price range you feel is fair.
If I were you, I wouldnt worry about "reasonable" ss prices. Bleed the lazy dry and make alot of money.

thats not quite true. People buy shots cause they are usually in a rush. The only place gauranteed to have a craft shop for shots is giran.
I attempt to offer players who actually use shots for hunting with an affordable price that is quick to purchase.

i takes maybe 20 minutes to craft 100k shots with giran crafter corner (if u find a time where u the only one, usually in the morning) or are ppl so in rush that they dont have 20 minutes a week for doing so???
most ppl are just too lazy and thats ok, they pay money for beeing lazy, and if it would be too much money they wouldnt buy shots....
and those who havent the money to be lazy shouls craft their own shots.

every1 have to decide on his own if he ports gludio--->goddard directly or in steps, if he crafts shots and elixirs his self or not, if he ports with dawn to cata or uses regular tp spots....so dont blame the people who sell overpriced shots, blame the guys who buy it!!!
Once I crafted SSB for sale, my WS inventory was full, 99% weight. It was 2:30 am, I set up a shop, logged off my SE, minimized WS, opened a forum to write smth and was planning to go sleep. Then I heard "ding", 30 second later came another "ding", and another one. I switched back to l2. Whoa, asfwhgewgf, dgrwtfwef and frargaewf had bought all my shots and ported away from MRT! I seriously doubt they were going to resell them :)

It's business. Keep in mind that when I resell it is never to gouge the market but the way I look at it is that you are asking a price and I'm willing to pay it. What I am paying for is for you to essentially supply me with shots. youv'e done the manufacturing and I've decided to by at your cheap price and resell them.
I've gotten a few people angry about this. I just explain my position but always offer to sell them back to them at the exact price I paid. There is usually the whole "balking" because now they have money in hand. Still, I have redold them.
It's business.
If you don't want to be pk'ed you do what it takes to protect yourself.
If you don't want to have someone else corner the market then you do what you can to protect yourself.
What kind of dwarf are you?! Quit complaining about selling your stuff and go craft more! Its how the market works. You chose the price you wanted to sell at, they chose the price they want to sell at. If you make a profit...any profit, its a good day. If its still so much of an issue with you, go find somewhere else to set up shop that you think will be better.

Wow, I'm sorry to say. But if you put up a shop with shots at a certain price, and they all sell then how the hell can you complain? If you don't want to sell them at that price then sell them higher, if you don't want to sell to people who will resell them then shout about it. Don't complain about someone who buys when you set up a public shop right next to the **** gatekeeper.

just for the record, ssa is one of the best ways to make money. i made 500 mil in 3months from ssa . i crashed the market from 103a down to its now level of 87-88 a. i did it by being the lowest always, and selling in bulk. and i mean bulk. on weekdays id sell 600-800k ssa, and on weekends id sell over 1mil ssa a day. trust me it works. if u really wanna bring down the prices it takes time patientce(spelling?) and a willingness to ALWAYS be the lowest, and the same location. the best was at one point i had heros shouting to buy me out and dragging thier overweight bodies through aden:)
I buy alot of one item every week and make 200k-300k profit on each one of them. I made 140mil just this week alone. It's not hard to make Adena in this game once you learn the market and pay attention to what hot and whats not.
