Kamael PvPing.

Ok, I do not like PvPing, though in all games it has seem to become almost a necessity for survival without getting ganked by some power mongering moron who likes killing people 30 lvls below him, how lame cna you get. You know who you are ^_^. I am at the point right now where I can choose Berserker or Soul Breaker. Both class have some exceptional abilities and spells and what have you, and I like speed and power. The Elven Long Sword ( that transforms into the Grand Epee ) Is fast abd decently powered for a Rapier at 92 P Atk. while the other sword for the Zerks Deal 100 P Atk. Is 8 points a dramatic difference? I am guessing that if it isn't the better choice to go is Soul Breaker. The Grand Epee is not only super fast but does good damage. Hence the affinity for fast and powerful. Armor wise, there is much I can do besides get the Oath armor set and be content with it ( though I hate the color blue ) until lvl 40.

I thought about making a female kamael and did, she was an archer of course and I didn't like the string and shoot time it took for her to fire an arrow. So what I am wanting to discuss is the kamael pro's and con's of each race and their weapons and future abilities. I don't want to make the wrong choice and like I said I am more proned to PvE than PvP, though I will PvP if necessary. I was told the Berseker was better suited for PvP while the Soul Breaker is better suited for PvE, but when and how during a mass seige or battle with other players would a Soul Breaker Survive in such a scenario?
Having only fought one 70+ kamael I can say that berserkers can do a fair bit of damage, but thats about all I can say, have yet to see any other end game-ish kamaels fight.

You *could* play a game that doesn't have any PvP in it, you know...
I am sure someone will come on and write you a book explaining exactly what you want to know so I will leave that up to them, I will only mention that not to forget that you are playing a game that is based on PvP. We have all been PK'd by that guy, but that is a necessary part of the game. Would you rather have everyone running around like a bunch of Carebears patting each other on the ars?

I thought that was the point of the uberclans? Aren't they like the Patriots with swords and robes?
O.o; Well, I didn't expect sarcasm, and I realize that PvP is necessary, just saying that this game was not soley created for PvPing like all others. PvPing a a huge part in every game almost, and all I am trying to discuss is which one is better suited for PvPing and PvE'ing. Goodness.
My offer stands. You know where to come. Anyone tries to PK you there we can make them wish they were never born.
No need to get all emotional, just simply reminding you that... yes this game was made to be 80% PvP! Give it time, someone will come on and give you tons of info. What I have always done is compare side by side the skills I will get as I go through the lvls and go with the one that I would enjoy more. They will both function in PvE well...
PvP... Hmm, I should say, that Berserker seems to be more suited for PvP than Soul Breaker. I mean pure damage dealing PvP, since I see SB as a supporting damage dealer, who would rather use his magic to help someone than charge the enemy himself.

Simply put:
* Berserker has good abilities to stop enemy from damaging him (stun & disarm) and a lot of damage dealing skills
* Soul Breaker does not have any ability to disable his oponent, BUT he can disable enemy that is not attacking him at that moment (/win in group pvp). Has some devastating skills too.

If you feeling like fighting on your own I would recommend Berserker. If you are looking into group pvp, then I recon SB would be the better choise.

Speaking about PvE... I can't really see much difference between zerker and breaker. Zerker has lots of physical damage skills, breaker has good magic attack capabilities. If you go for male SB, then he even has charge (no stun effect tho)...

Just my personal opinion. I'm not quite sure about that myself yet. Those Kamaels are just too balanced for L2.
Owned kamaels taste like chicken.
Owned dwarves smells bad.
Quote what Darkwind said, just adding one thing:

Zerkers are better soloers than SoulBreakers. Soloing meaning without a boxed buffer following you everywhere ;)
We had a RBG and while we were buffing the RB got hungry and killed all the kamael and the kamael only. Then everyone sat down together and had plates of chicken
