to be honest. i think its her fault. its simpel, now all of us will hang out here and cry for help and she will be here and give us a good feeling after all. its simpel. just think like a women! or a evil alien! daddy told me its the same!
Yeah, maybe not, but I thought if I complained about it enough the transfers would complete themselves and the servers would be up. Maybe made a few meaningless threads expressing my discontent with not being able to play lineage for a couple hours. I figured that would work for sure! Apparently this isn't the case =(. It's almost as if all the crying and complaining in the world wont make the down time go any faster.
She does a good job of trying to keep the community informed, & tries to reply to alot of the posts when it is warrented.
Keep Up the good work :)
I suspect after this most recent debacle, Alyra will want/need much more than just 3 cheers. A Hot Stone Massage, maybe, followed by an appointment with her headhunter.
And I think many people underestimate what a bunch of petty pains in the booty the lot of us players are.
It takes great will and nerve to remain mature and calm with all the hysterical drama queens, prima donnas, whining babies, and down right word thugs in the forums, and I most certainly do hope Alyra and all the other GMs get a huge laugh at our collective behavior, cuz quite frankly many of us are pretty pathetic.
Except, of course, for you reading this right now. You deserve it all!! ;-)
The only people I "cheer" for "doing their job" are those who risk their own lives/save other peoples' lives (police, doctors, nurses, firefighters, soldiers, etc.). Asking some group of "techies" when a server will be up and then posting it on a forum is no cause for adulation in my book. Sorry, that's just the way I am. Getting paid for doing a "normal" job is reward enough and people on here get far too carried away at the smallest of things, both good and bad, in my opinion.
