While annoying (yes..), most people these days have 4-6 credit cards.
You can get a prepaid credit card at any major retailer in the states and several in Europe. You can also use a online cc linked directly to your bank account via paypal and other sites.
I only have one card now. Visa. I never have any trouble with NCSoft when I use it.
Is that what your problem is, you're using a card they don't recognize ?

The OP obviously has 3 accounts tied to one CC and is trying to get a 4th.
No that was my 2nd account now and had the same problem. It simply didn't let me buy a new account on site. I think maybe they disable it when they change price.
Just cancel 1 account (will still be active until it expires, at which point you can easily renew it.)
and create the new one with the CC.
nope that doesnt work, I can only use my CC to reactivate certain accounts, seems once you used your CC with 3 accounts its linked to those 3 forever.
Yes, getting CCs is incredibly easy nowdays, and I used to have 4-6 of them, however its a lot easier to pay 1 bill at the end of the month than having to deal with multiple ones, like I said im an entablished customer, after 6 months of subscription or so they should lift these silly restrictions, you know, take care of their regular customers as oposed to make them jump through all kinds of red tape to give them money.
On another note I bought the key from another place, after trying different CCs, even having another friend trying to start the account with a CC that has never been used with NC, nothing would work, so my guess is they simply disabled purchasing CD keys altogether, a wierd choice considering how many people are returning to the game thanks to server transfers.
