Overweight transfer

I was just wondering if being overweight while transferring server would affect the transfer?

I'm taking a bow and since arrows are equipped items I was gonna put myself at 99% weight with them so I have something to shoot. :p

But he'll be transferring as a Dom., quiver of holding wont be an option.

As arows are equipped with bow will they transfer?

Will weight penalty affect transfer?

hi, I'm transferring a charecter to another server carrying it's bow and arrows. Firstly as arrows are equipped items when you equip the bow, will they transfer? secondly if I have the charecter to 90% weight limit with arrows will it affect the transfer?
