Here is the important question... what lvl is the pp?
Also, half a year is way too long imo. Only reason it took me quite a while is because i was lvling my buffer at the same time AND was still working on getting my gear. If you are willing to put in the time, you could do 61-75 in a month or so. If your pp has PoF it will go alot faster. One thing you might want to consider is getting vr, cause it will suck without it.

If you really want to grind up fast find some stacked archers or mages. WoA, VoS, FoG, HS, etc. That plus ur a BD and you have a PP. You'll hit 75 in a few months at 3 hrs a day and grind the bejesus out of weekends.
Optimally, if you can get 4-6 stacked DD's it'll be even faster. Like maybe 2 months or so.
Of course if you have ppl constantly afk for drinks, afk for chat on phone, afk cuz his foot fungus is growing tenticles, afk because he's afkabulous, or PvPing it's gonna take longer.

True... it still depends on if his pp has PoF though.

Should go pretty fast. Find a cata room and have at it.

No more then a month if you team up with a SwS and own a double room. IE: devotion from 58-64, martyrs from 64-72, DO from 72-76. just make sure you get VR.
also I hear that pytan room, heart DVC archer groups are awesome XPs, and all you got to do there is dance, pick up.
also at 74+ your wanted for vamp dance in darkness rooms (pagens).
