I would like to know why european servers & services aren't handle by NC SOFT EUROPE ?
After all,NC SOFT EUROPE manages very well GUILD WARS in several languages and updates it should be great to see Lineage 2 officially launched in our european countries.
It would responds better to european customer questions and desires face to WOW and other online games.
About Lineage 3,when the game will be release ?
Will it be a exclusive corean & US game again ?
The Lineage 3 project was reset sometime last year and didn't start up again till January 1st of this year, so it's gonna be a long long time before you see anything to do with Lineage 3.
The other question is good though, i'd like to see an answer on that (although im not keeping my hopes up to see anything).
What I heard for L3 is they fired the chief programmer for "bad leadership skills" then 90 people of his team resigned because he left, then NCSoft accused some of them of stealing the code.

Aion is not replacing L3. At least not according to their last mention of it.
That's right, but with everything happening in the MMO industry right now, do you really think NCSoft will work both on Aion and Lineage III ?
They'd better concentrate everything on Aion and try to make it as succesfull as possible, rather than spreading their team over two games that are kinda similar...
Yes, there is a quote from whoever that "head guy" is that they will be putting together a team and they will be tackling L3 again. That interview in that link is just about a year old.
This is not to say that they might decide to cancel the project (as we've seen, there have been several projects that have been recently cancelled by other companies) but as of the last bit of info I've seen, L3 will go forward at some point. If I come across the info today I will post it.
I'm really curious about Aion but I'm going to wait and see how it turns out. If it becomes another grindfest like L2 then forget it. I would rather stick to one thing and slowly grind my way up.

It's not a grindfest. the NC Soft CM (Ayase) indicated that the leveling is a little longer than WoW.
I don't care what ppl say I find lineage 2 has the best back story. I like the race structure and break down, and will be staying here a long time until something similar comes along, like L3 ^^.
Aion looks a bit different, and i'm still a bit uncertain of it. In game footage hasn't really sparked an interest for me.
Hmmm... I dunno. I checked out the pix from Aion and was very impressed at first, but after seeing the actual play footage.... meehhhh..... BIG meehhhh. Not sure what other MMO it resembles as I haven't really played any other ones, but it didn't seem as close to L2 in terms of play experience as it looked on the pix. I thought it was cools that chars could fly though :P
I'm sticking to L2 until it dies (oh, noes!). I don't really have anything I like to whine and cry about like some others here, although I do recognize their concerns and see a lot of them as valid. I'm just a pretty casual player and never let the shortcomings of a game get to me (well, so far I haven't).
graphics in Aion are nice, but I will not play it, I just do not like games with forced race wars...cant be in clan with other races etc...Thats why I like lineage 2, its player driven wars and drama etc.
