In-game Adena Seller Spam - .. fix it.

Lineage II has managed to avoid in-game mass Adena seller PM spam for years now. Why, all of a sudden, can you not control this. This makes the game look REALLY bad that they can't even prevent players from mass-messaging 1/2 the server at once. The only games that I've seen have a problem with this (WoW doesn't count) is free-to-play MMORPGs such as RF Online, Archlord, and Rappelz.

How hard would it be to instantly disable and flag an account that says the text "ADENASKY.COM" and "*************" seriously. Hell, add these domain names to the bad-word filter so even if players are spammed they just see -_- unless they modified their client illegally.

I've been spammed 5 times now in the past 10 minutes. It's pointless to submit petitions for anything in-game related to bad player activity, as your GMs give canned responses and could give two shites about it.

I've played since Prelude, and this is the only time this has become a problem. Take care of it already. You've already taken the servers down randomly twice this last week, but I haven't seen any positive from you doing so. Hell, you refuse to tell us what you did, so it just leaves the community guessing either you did a mass bot ban, or you just have unstable servers. Either or, you need to let us know whats going on.


Weird. I've had 1/2 the same complaints for 4 years now! This Adena spam though is the straw that broke the camels back.

Did you ever think that it is because of mass bannings that the farmers are getting desperate?

I actually got a few of these a few days ago. I'm just wondering if something is going on in Farmer land.

This had been occurring before that first downtime this last week, so I'm not too sure it's connected. They wouldn't be begging people to buy their product, if they just had tons of their accounts banned and couldn't access it. At least, with my logic. Who knows what goes on in kekekeke land.

I miss C1 where you could PvP the farmers because they weren't all bots.

This has been happening to me the past month, and it is slowly getting worse. I don't even bother petitioning anymore, i just block 'em.

If you havent gotten them before, it is because you werent int he right city when the program logged in to get a list of names to spam.

What does make me angry is I reported one right after the first spam and when I logged out a few hours later I still had not received a reply to my petition, and was still getting spams from that same name.

Actually, I tried to do that last week. I attacked a train and after I started downing them I noticed that suddenly the leader was back up... after a while I realized that it was a battle of attrition that I was losing as I would kill a few and they would come back but my health just kept getting lower and lower. :mad:

TBO I'd rather keep the adena spam versus that **** company announcement spam I get from NC Soft. That crap is atrocious and eats my whole freaking chat box

I looked at one of the chat boxes for my sell dwarves and found it was spammed by NC and the adena sellers. I have 5 lines of NC and then 9-12 lines of adena seller and then it repeats.
