Servers up, down, or is it me?

I'm confused.
When I log in it says all the servers but bartz are down. Bartz is showing as light and up. Website says they are up, and one of the threads here indicated they were up as well.
Right before it goes to server selection I get a message that says I am currently logged in? Dunno what that's about.
Are they up?
Or am I having a problem and should be in the Tech forums?

You conntecting to the PTS server? (Or PServer..)?
