And these might be the event that someone said about it in other thread where bunnys gave TONS of xp and the chests TONS of rewards:
Bunny Event (http://www.lineage2.com/archive/2005/03/rites_of_spring_1.html)
Too bad I wasnt here when those happened... really bad =/
What I have to say about it: Hire this event creator guy right back to NC NA!!!!!! (and pay him good). peridod.

"Why not?" you ask
Because this post is in english, and posted on the NA boards.
all the event content (all content. period) is created in asia by asians.
I found 3 rabbits during that event and it was awesome. Each time I jusmped 3 or 4 levels, but I was under 40 lol. One on north side of talking island, one in area of despair and one outside of gludio where you do the sp quest. It was awesome.
My favorite event was the squash or pumpkin ones though. Do those every couple of months and prices of enchants should never rise. Call them l2 get together events or something which can be reran 4 times a year outside fo unique events. L2 day should also be increased in frequency.

I understood the Bunny Event had a very poor respawn rate, and all spots were taken over by bots and very large clans.
There were 2 different bunny events. Both had random spawns and I never seen any camped when I found them I was the only one there. I you didnt spend all your time looking it was just pure luck if you ran accross any. I spent the time and effort on both event to find the bunnies.
The first was groups of bunnies around treasure chests. They were random spawns but well worth the effort to try and find them. No mater where you found them the bunnies were blood red and gave 1mil+ xp. The chests however were lvl appropriate and fought back just like they do now, but when they popped they dropped lots of items.
The second was solo bunnies randomly spawning. Thier lvl depended on where you found them. IMO it wasn't worth the effort to look for them unless you were under lvl 30 and really bored. They gave xp and sp scrolls.
Was one of the first raid boss events that was camped.
They spawned in the same place virtually every time.
Ya that was the 4th of July event in 2005. Armies spawned outside every town about every 4 hours. I made tons of money of that even.
The better raid boss event was when they would change the screens and give hints of where they may spawn on L2 startup. It was fun trying to figure out where they would spawn. Every mob dropped atleast 10-15 items. Sometimes 4-5 of the same thing lots of CP of shots and scrolls. But it was fun.
The last raid boss event I participated in really sucked. Only one or 2 of the mobs in the hole army dropped anything and every area C grade and above was camped. Armies were all gone withing minutes of the announcements. I remember outside Giran mobs were dying so fast by the time they loaded on my screan they were laying down dead.
definitely the orginal and first event raid bosses was by far the best.... everyone had to work together to do those ones..
specially the BIG buggers.. taller then orfen even... swear zoomed out as far as possible and you could only see the feet of that one mob that spawned in seighardts oren area....
takeing 50+ people to kill the sucker....
what was stupid is alot of these people refused to go into party in the hopes they'd get as much loot for themselves.
From the ones I have participated, the Pumpkin smashing and Golems events are the best classic ones. The Pig event is awsome too. All of them gave me good items.
if you had time to farm every day for 3 hour stright!
and you could find a spot with out other people loging in and out every 2 minutes for the golden pigs only.
If you don't have time to play, what can we say?
L2 is time consumming, it must be somewhat new, but don't be disturbed : you can still exp the few minutes you have without cluttering your inventory.
I enjoyed the pig event... mostly. I would piggy on one computer and watch a DVD on the other computer. The rewards were great, IMO, and it was kinda relaxing. On the other hand, near the end it was even more tedious than the xp grind cuz you only had ONE skill to use and had to 'kill' the same mob over and over.
But, if I had a choice, I would definitely like to have the piggy event again. It was one of my favorites.
I like events that are solo-able, that give good rewards and that you can choose NOT to participate in. The piggy event filled all of those requirements. Most events fill your inventory with tons of event items whether you want to participate or not.
I also liked the piggy event cuz it was something different than we'd had before AND the pigs/bows were cute. ^_^
My favorite event was the one where demon mobs spawned randomly.
You could solo all the mobs except the raid boss and they gave you stuff.
I managed to find 7 groups of them solo and took all but the RB and got a lot of stuff.
Have to say though that a lot of people I played with at that time said they never saw a group.
Anyway-like Listof, I usually prefer the ones that don't cram your inventory with a ton of stuff.
AS long as I dont have to collect a bunch of stuff to turn in for the minute chance of getting something worth effort im ok. I dont care if I kill 100 event mobs and they dont drop anything really good I can live with that.
The question I have is the fantasy island a safe zone or am I going to die ever time I touch the shores of the island.
