"Sent private messages - 0" Why?

I did a search for this issue, but found nothing on this topic. So..

I have received a few letters, replied to them, but I can't find my sent replies. In my opinion they should be in "sent private messages" section, right? Well, it's not there.
It's not anywhere actually and I see it as a issue, since I would like to read what I have sent again, and well... I can't.

You have to click on the box next to "I want to keep a copy of my message" at the very bottom of the "Send a private message" screen.

actually i prefer the default option of not getting a CC of the sent message unless i want to.... keeps things more tidy.... less work cleaning things out

I guess I get so used to those little checkboxes, that I didn't noticed, that those over there are actually different. And since I have never used a system that requires to confirm this thing...

This forum system is really strange for me. It's so different from standart phpBB, that is used everywhere... But I'm just searching for excuses I guess.

i hate phpbb boards...... vbulletin is imo... the best... and actually works with little to no problems....straight forward to.

It took me a while to find this too.
Surely the default should be to save messages and down to the user to turn the option off if required.

why not just leave it as an option in the profile options section.. to by..... user choice... automatially either save or don't save a sent copy.
