So a friend transfered off Kain the first transfer to Teon. He logs on yesterday to his e-mail to find a e-mail from ncsoft saying they were doing a pending transfer to kain. Desperately trying to stop it he e-mails 4-5 times to tell them to stop, no response.
Logs in today his character is on Kain with the same name from Teon that he had
Support is claiming nothing happened from their logs and everything is correct, happen to anyone else yet?
Since he paid for it he can just e-mail them the e-receipt he received for the first transfer.
He can also fax them a copy of his CC bill with the transaction (other transactioins blocked out with black marker if he'd like) and that will also suffice.

It is also possible that the 'freind' messed up on his transfer application some how and didn't realize it. It could be the transferee's fault, not NCSoft's. We don't have all the facts since we cannot see the application he filled out...and NCSoft can.

Now heres the sticky part. Even if he DID have another transfer purchased, he COUDNT USE IT on that character.
The system wont let you.
So how could he have "messed it up" when you cant even get to the point to mess it up?
It is not impossible that the OP didn't understand his friend's issues perfectly. It is also not impossible that he didn't communicate them perfectly.
This would not be the first time that someone made a mistake and then tried to blame someone else for it, either inadvertantly or bacause most people are slow to admit that they can err.
I really dont get how you could get this issue wrong frankly.

You think he screwed up and his friend -never- transfered off of Kain? Or do you think he screwed up in the part where his friend is now *back* on Kain?
Maybe he missed the occasion to transfer to Teon and is trying to make believe he did and was transfered back so he'll get a free transfer to a closed server. Who knows the whole story anyway?
You guys are debating a non-issue, let it go. It is not even an issue that concerns any of us. Chances are this is a small mishap among an immense task, but none the less a few of you will cast stones upon the glass house we all call NCSoft. Stop complaining and get back in game, there is lots of grinding to be done

Are you for real? The guy is not mentally challenged, NCSoft screwed it up some how. Geez.
I don't know, but there is nothing to screw up even if you don't know English. Just get dictionary and find what "character" "destination" "next" and "confirm" mean. The process is pretty straightforward and guide is illustrated with examples.

I have not seen a ticket yet with anyone claiming they were transfered a second time. If I get some information like a ticket number (in private) I will surely look into it.

Oh, it's funny but I'm not sure if it's "ha, ha" funny. If this actually did happen I would find it more "disturbing" funny as it speaks to NC's internal processes.
Hmmm, well, now that I think of it I suppose it's ha ha funny. Especially since he just logs in to find "he's back". Ok, "I'll buy that for a dollar". :D
