For days now, I cant sell my fruits that I spend DAYS to make by manoring because bot sell then first. When it's the right time to sell I keep trying and trying until it can be sold, but it's been impossible these days because between one and another try (wich takes only a few seconds) simply ALL the fruits are brought intantaly, even the ones that pays terrible prices :p
What can be done about this?? It's so **** unfair, I break my back making those fruits and I can't turn 'em into mats because of **** BOTS!
even if you do do it at the exact moment when it happens, it seems like the past week or more the bots have some how had more "luck". cough.
for about 2 weeks i've monopolized the golden cobols on bartz; i was buying them in giran and selling them in dion. i was netting in roughly 17mill from the 900 seeds i was buying. and since going through those seeds takes only about 5 hours, that meant i was making that much money per day. (potentially, of course, since i can't sell all the fruit i make the same day, i have to stretch it out).
it seems this has caused quite a dip in the botter's wallets or something, because about a week ago i have not been able to sell or buy my golden cobols at all any more, even though i've been doing the same exact thing that i was before.
the point im trying to make is that this isn't about players being too slow on clicking or being unlucky, it is about having 10+ mr. vcvnx, miss wzwne and mrs. jfhgk standing around the manor manager and each one has a bot that refreshes their attempt to purchase or sell seeds every second or something. they don't care which one of them gets it, but with that many it is almost guaranteed that at least ONE of them will hit spot on and get the seeds/fruits at the EXACT time. players simply cannot compete with this.
what ticks me off is why is it so hard to ban these bots? i mean any one that has played this game for more than a month can recognize a bot when they see one, so why aren't they being banned? some one PLEASE give me a REASONABLE answer why they aren't being banned a lot more? in other MMOs bots are banned very very quickly, but in those MMOs finding botters is harder because the players always try to hide the fact. even in L2 back in the day farmers didn't use bots. and when they started, they were always watched. think back to the days of prelude and C1. you could talk to the farmers back then; even pvp with them. now its done out in the open. even "normal" players are botting all the time in catas. openly, right in the first rooms.
and the most distressing thing about all this is that there has never been any official response from the NCsoft team on regards to these botters, and what (if any) preventions they are using in order to stop this. i remember a long while back there was one announcement they made, quoting some number of accounts that were banned, and thats about it. i hate when people start pointing fingers and NCsoft and calling "FISH", but in this case those numbers could have been made up for all we know. how many times did you report a bot multiple times and weeks after the same botter is STILL in the same exact spot? what is the matter with this game?
Have you ever really seen bots seed in cats or whatever?
To be honest, I never really have. I do see alot of players seed, and those same players running ze programz to turn in the seeds. I see players seeding little farmers mobs in cats, whatever.. but I hardly ever see the bots seed.
i donnot know what server you are playing on, AshaneFB, but why don't you come around a town that buys back fruit at high prices at around 8pm server time and see for yourself?

I know exactly what your talking about.
All I'm saying is, lets not confuse those people with typical farmers.. since they arent. Most of those guys are actual players just using ze programz to turn it in. (If you dont know what i'm talking about, your too new, sorry LOL)
I've seeded off and on since the manor system came about. There are times where players are non-existant at certain lvl seeding but it's sporadic. (hense the reason you were able to turn in for awhile) BUT, once you have competition it becomes difficult to do so as players are all trying at the same time from various manors around the l2 world.
NOT ALL are bots either (altho some are) I mean .. I've never botted, and certainly don't do it to turn in my seeds. (i've talked to many standing around the manor waiting and frustrated when they can't get their in there) I just collect them up and if I can't get them turned in I look for ones that no ones going for. Granted, they may not be as lucrative but hey.. that's all part of it.
You have to understand something, If you can make 17M in a day seeding .. don't you think other players are going to try to do that as well? It's a lucrative cash cow if you can hit the proper seeds and acually get to turn them in.. BUT don't expect to be able to hog the best seeds for yourself non stop day after day... cause you simply won't be able to get away with it for that long. Ash is totally right btw, it's not the farmers seeding like mad men but players.
Well, I have never had any trouble turning stuff in (do it a few times a week). I always seem to get at least the first crop of fruit I turn in done. It is mostly other players that are turning stuff in btw and we all try at the earliest second we can.
how can you honestly say that when there are maybe 5 PLAYERS standing at a manor and 10 vnxnz wefjag fjzjz bots on each manor of the town? you might be standing in front of the manor that is easily accessible, but there is between 2 to 4 manor managers in each town. try going around and see for yourself how many bots are there.
