Underground Coliseum
Underground Coliseum has been added for new style of team pvp (death match). You can move to Underground Coliseum for free of charge through Gatekeeper NPC in the Fantasy Island .
How to register for a match
You can register at any time without any time restriction. Party leader of a party with 7 or more members can register through 'Entry Manager' NPC. Match is played as first come first base.
Match Method
It is a team death match, and winning party may continue to participate with new challangers. Before the registration, party leader can decided where each party members will start on the field. When match starts, the resurrection tower(s) will be placed in the arena. When PC dies, they can restart the match from the tower. When the resurrection tower is destroyed, there won't anymore auto resurrection. However, you may still use resurrection skill/item.
Decision of the match
Winning party is decided by the number of kills. If killing record is the same, the party that died less wins the match. If both parties have exact same record, the party that registered first wins the match. If you wipeout(annihilate) the entire enemy party before the time runs out, you win the match.
Arena types
There are 5 arenas according to PC's level.
And yea the new arena being added with kamael plus will be a good spot to train and learn how to play with clanmates and friends. Their style and yours. Who sucks and who doesn't.
No, it wasn't in the patch notes and I simply ran in ther before a skylancer raid with a friend and had him kill me to check. No xp loss, and I spawned in the colliseum rooms as well. Was a month or so ago though.
It's my thought that they should have used the colliseum already in the game. You know, the one that is used for nothing. :(
Coliseum is used for Group Duels. I like doing Group Duels after a RB. They are fun and everyone is already buffed. and out mp so it's fun to jump into a duel. :D

I have yet to see anyone in the coliseum these days. Could just be my server or that he population isn't huge (hindemith) but it seems to me that the attributes of this new coliseum could just have been added to our old coliseum.
I don't think it could be added to the old colleseum since i think its going to an instanced arena, it won't appear on map.
The colleseum is still used anyway by some ppl. If you want to go there invite for party duel and you'll get ported there.

Yes, of course it could be added. All they have to do is add the appropriate NPC's at the coliseum that will take you to the "underground" instanced part. They could also add a feature that would allow clans/alliances to "rent" out the main coliseum for events and maybe even allow wagering.
They should make the coliseum a draw for large scale "friendly" competition.
About Arenas..., I think they just dont have use nowadays..., somethink have to be done..., making a new line in gatekeepers to teleport free for arenas like it happens to MDT..., and if possible Gm make real time events whit prices cause theres no life when we are not making quests/grinding/RB...., i dont know what..., but maybe create a system whit points etc whit lvl ranges and prices cause the pvp system its nice but asside of wars theres no profit from being good at it.... agree whit me ?

Places like coliseum etc... in my opinion should have a more active role in the game, only ppl that can reach high lvls can profit from heroes system...and the other ppl...they dont deserve something to put his skillz into action and take some profit etc, make a system with points and prices...i know that its possible and community real need a bit more interaction and competition to forget the long time grinding system and losing xp when many ppl dont have full time to play its a bit frustating :P

Anyway, a point system would be nice in the arena but this is already being released. see thread topic.
We're getting a point system arena, people should be happy.
Adena rewards would make it too easy for the dominating clans to increase their revinue.
btw i was teasing you, but at the end of the day trying to make a point that the lineage two messege boards are not the best example of the use of english language.
i like this, it sounds like a fun thing... but before the event you had to swim there... how you managed to arrive on fantasy island with full buffs? O.o
and after the event, will we have to swim there again or will the porting be possible at all times now?
