looking for clan/mentor

I've recently just started playing again after about 1.5 years, never really got into the game before because I played a lot solo and lacked the support or knowledge to fully appreciate the game I guess. I played Asheron's call before Lineage 2 so I love grinding and getting stuck into mindless killing.

I'm on Teon and am really looking for a clan/mentor that can provide me with advice on the game rather than items or partys etc

I have a lv41 spellhowler, lv 27 human, 20 dwarf and 21 orc raider.

I called tech support to reactivate an account. one of your phone operators hung up the phone on me. They hung up because they knew it was close to 5 o clock and they wouldn't have to handle another stupid customer .Thats the level of unproffesionalism that is destroying Ncsoft and its affiliates. What the hell is going on over there!
