we have had that event 2 times allready
hmm... so we have. never when i was with active accounts T_T

Well, to rephrase: Wonder if we'll see this /again/... again -.- again.
That event is pure crap.
The event was a lot of fun, poor C tends to see life from a negative perspective.

So the point to the OP is, don't let your account go inactive!

That event is pure crap.

QFT :)
call to arms indeed isn't a good one at all.

i want the ORGINAL event raid bosses... the ones that spawn constantly... all at various lvls...
i want ORIGINAL medals or pumpkins one. c5+ nerfed versions suck.

the very original one that made anyone who attacked it flag? Oh that was the funniest event ever.
er.... ?

I was around for the very first raid boss events....

where the boss spawned every 6 hours or so just outside each town at thier own lvls.

And hitting it was no problems.. and it was before they made healing a mob caused you to flag...

I don't recall ever seeing anything where you'd get flagged if you attacked raid boss..

loved it cause i could jump on a lvl 10ish toon and take down the gludin raid boss with about a million other toons and the dropps were still plentiful.

people getting parad like crazy or silenced around the bosses (this was the first time i think anyone found out the bosses would do that.)

;)
It's nice to start a sub actually :P
That first raid boss event was soooooo much fun. I remember AOEing the hole army outside Gludio with "get this" my glad lol it was a blast. picked up so much stuff I could barely move. Everyone got tons of stuff from that event. Only bad part was Giran or higher I couldn't compete with my old computer. By the time the mobs appeared on my screen they were already falling down dead. Lots of people though dieing to the raid bosses and droping items, what a mad house.
I finally sold off some of the rewards from the first call to arms. I still have few enchant scrolls left and a warehouse full of shots.

And this is exactly the reason why most people said the event sucked. They were not you, aoeing the entire army, and picking up all the stuff.

They were the ones organizing parties to do it, then watching someone come in and solo it.

It was a ******edly stupid event.

Had the potential to be great. NCSoft screwed it up. Go figure.
what?

no.. the orginal raid event required an army of people to even take down a raid boss.. there we no minions at all... nothing.... just a single raid boss at every town, or just outside town.... swarms of 25-100+ people trying to take it down and it not falling any faster.....

people trying to ninja loot.... the works....

I agree i thoroughly hated the changed event raids where there were massive groups randomly all over the place that dropped tons.. and single people would be able to take them all out by themselves.... and they were in completely random locations.. sometimes 3-10 bunches in the same place... making it a rediculiously amazing deal if you were lucky enough to find it first.

no no, i'm talking abou the VERY first event raids..... a SINGLE boss, no minions, extremely high HP.... somewhat if not quite difficult raid bosses of all lvls related to where they spawned ( gludin was lvl 10ish, gludio was 20ish, dion was 30ish, giran was 40ish, oren was 50+ if not higher, heine was 40ish, aden was 60+ if not higher, i think occasionally it had lvl 70 and 80's spawn.... basically the exact same type of raid boss each time, but a 10 lvl change on spawn. also the size of the raid that spawned seem to vary..

the oren one on seighardt was so huge that all you could see zoomed all the way out, was it's point legs, couldn't really even see the freaking knees ... you can to look way up... it was taller then oren itself.
