That is a problem - there aren't a lot of good hunting grounds for mleees at mid-60s. However, you do at least have an SE. Suggestions besides catacombs/necros are Garden Of Beasts (1/2 HP mobs outside Goddard), Forbidden Gateway/Sillien Seal, and maybe the area near Devestated Castle. All of these have aggro, and you might have trouble protecting the SE. But Forbidden Gateway at least has a safe parking spot. The XP ain't real good, but there is a good quest you can run to get recs for A grade jewelry and shields.
