SK with a 2-hander

Been hunting the web for different info about this way of grinding and have come up with some who have said it worked and others who said it didnt.

So instead of basing my decision on stuff that might be outdated i want to ask the community about this.

Is it doable to hunt with a 2-hander on a SK for higher damage and does it actually work ??

Any input from people would be much appreciated.

It is doable and a viable option if you wont be tanking in groups much. If I remember right though from looking at the stats on L2cal, the actual dps output from using a 2hander or a 1 hander are actually pretty close, so it comes down to a matter of pereference. (2 handers higher patk is balanced by the slow swings so it equals out really)

Pretty much what Gecklar said you can use either one and still use all your skills just like a 1 hand Sword.

What you do have 2 look at are the SA's and what you can get on a 1 hand Vs what you can get on a 2 hand and go from that.

Well, it works fine for my TK since i cand afford a dama+focus. When soloing or not being the main tank i use a great sword+focus and helps a lot. So i think it is nice for the SK also.
