Taken from the PTS forums section, about the new upcoming Hellbound update.
"For the following post-level-40 skills, an additional effect has a chance to be triggered when you attack. Blunt Mastery: Decreased skill MP consumption and increased stun attack success rate."
Now what exactly does this mean? According to my understanding, are they saying that when doing regular attacks with a blunt weapon (and a class that gets blunt mastery), if you use your stun attacks, the MP used will be much less than normal? yes, no?

Yeah i'm pretty sure it is.
The only skill that NEEDS a blunt equipped at all times in Hammer Crush/Stun Attack. I don't think it will effect Spoil/Spoil Festival etc....
I don't want to trade my Run Spd Enchant on Blunt Mastery, but I'd like to see someone with "Blunt Mastery: Decreased skill MP consumption and increased stun attack success rate" and "Hammer Crush: Land Rate" what the chances are on stunning someone are.
I think it affects all skills and possibility of stun. I'll check it eventually on PTS. It lasts only a few seconds I am unsure I could even summon a golem while it lasts.
the change to blunt masteries is that you have a chance to get a short buff (5sec or so) and while that buff affects you, your stun skills land rate is increased and mp usage with skills are decreased.

now that is VERY interesting indeed. i guess its kinda cool to have this little change, might be nice if it triggered when really needed. :)
Triggers rather often so i gueess that it has its uses if you are low on mp or are content with waiting a bit for the skill to trigger.
(had durations of 2-7 secs while it happened.)
