Second, what type of character are you thinking of? Good, Neutral, Evil?
Well if it gets me into a group ill play anything! but ususally in the sense of dungeons and dragons alignment lawful evil. Kinda like "Im evil and uncaring, But i Do appreciate the help and sure we can be freinds...for now" But ususally i play the holy crusader of justive! the naieve happy go lucky kind of justice!
If you're looking for evil, look no farther than the Echoes of Darkness (http://www.rimwall.com/echoes), the longest-running evil RP clan on Lionna (we date back to Open Beta).
If you're looking for good or neutral-ish clans, look at the Einhasad Templars and Lost Order / Anarchy Reborn.

Well who can i contact for that evil one? :d well i would like to know who to contact for the others aswell!
For the Echoes, you can contact us on our site forums, contact me here, or look for anyone of our clan in game (I recommend our forums, as we're not always on our main characters).
For the EinhasadTemplars, look for TuralyonGilnea
For AnarchyReborn, contact Zaphne
For LostOrder, I believe it's Linnathon / ChibiNi (though I'm not sure who she's on the most these days, so contacting them at L2RPA is good too).
Chaotic Good here, but I'm not on Lionna and not into roleplay :p.
I always end up Lawfull Good thou, due to the fact that most games even ad&d don't give you enough space to become truly chaotic good.
Aaaw man, this bring back so many (A)D&D memories :)...
