Stay in the Orc Village or go to Kamael area?

Orc Classes Started Last reply 13 posts
Hi. Just started playing again and plan on playing an Orc Fighter. Haven't decided if I'll go Raider or Monk though. I like the animation for the hand to hand weapons but I really want to wear armor. Just have a thing about cool armor and Orcs would look great in it I think. Anyway upon finishing the initial tutorial you are given the open of going to the Orc Village or going to the Kamael starting area.

Is there any benefit from going to the Kamael starting area? Better item and money drops? Better items from quest early on? Exp difference in terms of creatures as you hunt?

I figure both areas are going to be empty and the Orc Village seems pretty easy to get around already so that's a plus. Just wondering if there is any added benefit from not picking the Orc Village?

Thanks.
A good Quest is at Kamael Village for lvl 2 and up that will get you a Wood set and is a really easy quest.
Go to Kamael area. It has an extremely high mob spawn. The area is so packed that you can get lots more exp there in the same time.

not only that, but the golems down in Nornil's Cave give over 1k XP and are blunt weak. Fast levelling there. they seed easily too.
Do you have to be in a party to get into Nornil's Cave?
To answer the OP's question, as Charmille said, the leveling is nice and fast in Makael area. The money from the repeatable quests are better in the orc area. If you're on your first character, it's best to focus on money and stay in Orc area. If you're rolling an alt and have plenty og money because you've been playing a while, get over to camel land.
no, thats nornil's garden.

? Sorry, Spud, I don't quite understand your reply. (And I just noticed, I made some awful typos in my posts. At least I'm consistent - just ask my clannies about my typing in L2 chat.)
Nornil's Cave needs no party to enter. best exp EVER for 15-20 melee types.

Nornil's Garden is the instanced dungeon for which a party must be obtained, and into which nothing higher than NonGrade toons may enter.

Not quite correct. You can be lvl 20 (d grade) and still enter as long as you haven't done the first class change quest.
so what use is it to do that, really? no aggression skill, just DPS.

**** on a popsicle.
Are there Orc trainers in Kamael area? I know not all areas have trainers for every race.
