How Soul of the Phoenix works?

"Grants you the ability to revive yourself from death with full health, retaining all buffs/debuffs except for Noblesse Blessing and Lucky Charm. Consumes 1 Blood of the Phoenix."

Ok, but how it works? I've got to use it when I die or before? ( I heard it lasts for 30 minutes, how come? If so it's like having an life insurance for 30 minutes is that it? ).

It recover some lost exp?

What's the skill re-use time?

Thanks!

same as the Bishop skill Salvation, except Soul of the Phoenix is cast on self only. basically a Blessed Ressurrection should you die while that buff is active.

How long does it take to cast?
