Yeah euro ftl now lol. i'd move to bartz if i hadnt [censored] 1sec delay /cry.
enjoy!
lol I so hoped they'd cancel that. Bah
they should just make a separate L2 for russians like Korea have, it'd make alot of people happy.

WTT Luna for new Russian Servers
Well I never could understand the transliteration anyway... only some Greek and very rude/offensive Greek at that. The majority of people I play with do not speak English as their first language. I think it is safe to say that a large portion of customers are like this as well.

I feel that this was a nice addition. It was something that had been requested a few times in the past. These players shouldn't be ostracized more then they already are playing on North American run servers and all. Anything that lets people communicate more easily and freely without ******ing their own language is welcome by me!
Hmmm bye bye then.

I am dutch myself so I could write in my native tongue since day 1.
So now Russians can do that. But I bet Scandinavian people can now write their words correctly too.

Sounds to me you nit-pick.

If it stings you that you can't read a foreign language maybe you should start to learn it.

English is a language to me like any other language.
English is not better or worse then whatever other vocal system out there.
English is a "common" language that **** near everyone in the world learns.

Dont hate ;)
I think that everyone should talk english in this game, thats what I do and im not english myself. I think its egoistic to talk in your own language when people around you cant understand what you are saying.
Then classic Latin is a common language too.

I don't hate English I even had higher grades for it during my studies.
Have you ever played on Franz CorwinM and Thinkaboutitmuch?...the russian population vastly outnumbers everything else (followed by greeks), Russia isnt even in Europe and wouldnt ever get let into the EU either.

If they come here to our Euro/US servers they should speak English or a European language. Even with Swedish etc, you can still read it, all it adds is some little dots or a circle, thats not a problem.

Make Luna a Russian server, then they can speak as much russian as they like.
I agree to a point with you Powerslave but it is not us that make the rules.

So the "should" part is shady at best.
Everard,

As my signature states I play(ed) on the PTS.
I saw ALOT of non-english but it did not bother me.

Again if you do not like it you are welcome to leave. Or you accept it and move on.

Your choose.
beh didnt refresh, comment doesnt add anything to the conversation now so I deleted it :)

I kinda agree with Everard... though I heard something about russians; most of them never had English in school because of some political reason. Dont know if this is true but that would make sense for them not being able to talk english that good.
Not if you had a classic education.

And if they did I have the option to learn it and go with it.
Again the choose is there.
Ncsoft saw the change to be able to write additional non-english characters as a good thing.

That's it...
the problem (which I am not in game yet so this is just my thoughts) is that the whole sell/buy/craft shop is going to be a HUGE pain in the @ss if you have to be able to read 100 different languages.
as far as i have seen thats implemented, only chat and titles
Hummm,

Might be. On the other hands if you want to sell something but make that less accessible to people as they can't understand what you are trying to sell you will change your selling habits to accommodate this limitation.

When this game started way back when I remember threads about this language "problem" too.

Guess we will see a rehash of that.
I don't mind having the russian alphabet.. if they remove the bots...

Then classic Latin is a common language too.

I don't hate English I even had higher grades for it during my studies.

Classic Latin is not a common language as it is not a requirement for the world to learn.

I'm positive you dont learn it in Aus, and while I didnt go to school long in New Zealand, I dont remember it ever being taught there either.

Perhaps as electives, which is different then English which is a requirement.
Biology spring to mind in the form of limited classic latin.
Those that want to be come a member of the health-care system deal with limited classic latin terms.

You didnt say limited now did you? ;) Holding a conversation when you only know certain terms isnt really knowing a language, sorry.

Find me a language.. ANY language, that is learned in almost every part of the world that is not English.

If you find one, then sure, we'll use that. However, you wont.

/Winner.
learning latin HELPS when learning biology, but it isnt necessary as all the terms are clearly defined for you as you learn.

if you were becoming a Pharmacologist or Pharmacological engineer that had to use engineering and biology and chemistry and make it all work together properly, then yes i would say latin is a prerequisite. but being probably one of a select few in the world to do such, you wouldnt need latin to communicate; youd need BabelFish.
The binary system.

Any electronic device uses it and those that do make their living writing software/firmware for it are globally using it.

Even if the person that looks at this binary language does not have a common vocal knowledge to speak it, it still can be written/read by any person on the planet that creates software/firmware.

/Fail.

Reread.. learned EVERYWHERE.

You arent REQUIRED to learn Binary.. are you? Of course not.

Look, its really freaking simple. You may not like it, but English is the common language of the world. That may get you all pissy, and your national pride may be hurt because whatever language you speak isnt, but sorry, its a fact.
10100101 more.
I am not getting all pissy here just telling you that english is just an language nothing more.

I would agree that English is one of the more common languages.

This topic however is about the OP not liking non-english characters in chats.
I just state (like I have before) that you either accept it or move on. If you think things should remain as they were I suggest you take that up with the "Powers that be".

PS National Pride ?????
Omg, how old fashion. Really to be proud of something is not a bad thing but national pride is so restrictive considering that ones national pride could be another nations shame.

The world has in my view become smaller and while some-one might be proud about their roots it is meaningless on a global scale.
the low end content of the game has evaporated with the distribution of spellbooks and the guilted body un-nerf. it eliminated the use for any Elf in game and has made Kamael impossibly overpowered from level 52 (which can debuff and steal divinity and shadowbind from even the S grader players, and raidbosses like good old Antharas and Valakaz.)

Good Fight.

Well, we are talking about languages.. so.. yeah, English is a language. (L uh OL?)

You attempted to argue that English isnt the common language of the World. You got trounced.

Will it change? Of course not. The powers that be are utter morons and coudnt figure out how to change a light bulb if you put them all in the same room.
You have the choose to point them in the right direction (or what you consider the right direction).

Like Russian heroes weren't already talking in Russian. Like there weren't trade shouts in all kind of language already.
Hypocrite more?

at least you could spot the actual english words. now even those are masked by characters unfamiliar to unilinguals.
I'm glad.

I was annoyed many times by American kids saying stuff like "st*u this is US server speak english or go to Franz" to my greek collegues.

Good for the Euros.
actually no. not good.

given now, you can actually get the proper form of words into babelfish. it might not be an accurate translation, but it would wonderfully help the people actually looking to communicate the devious goings-on of ne'er-do-wells.
Look this is how I see it.

When we players are to communicate with the "Powers that Be" we as players are to converse in the "Powers that Be" language.

When it comes to communication on servers where the "Powers that Be" allowed anyone to play we the players can make the choose to either speak or not speak a common language for a variety of reasons unless the "Power that Be" deem it otherwise.

Xenophobia -

noun
extreme dislike or fear of foreigners, their customs, their religions, etc.

Xenophobia -

noun
extreme dislike or fear of foreigners, their customs, their religions, etc.

if people you never knew, from a culture you know Little about, suddenly blew up dozens of buildings in your town (who THEY never met, nor care to) and imprison tourists looking to LEARN about these people - wouldnt you suspect everyone?

people are not trustworthy. a person is trustworthy, but PEOPLE are not. PEOPLE tend to make decisions that do not involve the benefit of those outside the clique.

for all its "multicultural tolerance" Canada has implemented several laws forbidding select cultures to congregate in an uncontrolled manner.

Xenophobia is normal.
Not much into learning new languages att but sure why not.

Still, if I were to visit a different country I would consider learning it's native tongue.
It makes getting around easier and in my view I would acknowledge it's history/culture for what it is. I might not agree to some or even most of that history/culture but that's the choose I have. I therefor would try to learn more before I make a final judgment.
Caution is normal...

The extreme part in this word "Xenophobia" should be a hint of it's meaning.
Extreme and normal do not mesh.
that's it.. from now on I'm only going to speak Crimean Gothic

that's it.. from now on I'm only going to speak Crimean Gothic

Why not?
If I find the language to my likings I might want to pick it up too.

Ignore Spud. She's having a bad day, obviously cos all of a sudden the conversation went from not liking the stream of non-english characters, to stating that we should drop the multi-language support so we don't encourage terrorism. Bonkers.
Rofl!!
You forgot the extreme part..

Again "normal" and "extreme" do not mesh.
Phobia if not mistaken has something to do with a greater fear for something usually not seen as normal.

Hence why I wrote: Caution

That's the contrary. You had to read words in latin alphabet, you wouldn't understand it and conclude it's a foreign language. Now just by a glance on the character you know you won't understand it.

Languages were already there, you couldn't understand it. Now you can't understand either. But everybody can communicate comfortably in private, and that's the kind of respect that was needed.
private?

what?

you do know that unicode is much easier used in common language translators? you know you can sniff your own L2data very easily even without the WH sniffer and GET the message much clearer now.

if anything typing in unicode has opened up the door to even more people screaming bot/hax/ebay.
i give it 3 days. about that time you'll see a few people coming to these very boards CRYING cause they cant understand hero chat, and being unable to target some russian with a unicode name.
Well i can't create a char with a Unicode name... maybe its just me though. Who cares about hero chat, its mostly "zomg! i'm l33t3r than you, go play with your mommy" or Greek, anyway.

Let it go. The Euros are here and before long will be the majority of players (if that's not already the case). Evolve (but not like my lvl65 Cougar).

edit: This game wasn't in English to begin with, it got translated into our language to fit a market... that's all they are doing now... catering to probably what is the only growth area for NC NA.

I can sympathise a little with your reluctance to change, but honestly, it's a game, don't make it anything more.
How would you know that some "Russian" target is indeed a russian target?
It might be a fellow country-man posing as that "Russian".

Really Spud you are getting borderline racial with this.
What an odd thread. Congrats to the Russians on the language support. It sounds beautiful to me. :)
Euro server Euro languages.

Russian server Russian language. Russia isnt Europe. Is there a Russian server? Nope. Is the majority of Franz and Teon Russian? Pretty much. Make a Russian server (Luna possibly) all the text in russian, all the NPC names in russian all the quests in russian. Problem solved.

New option: Make L2 chat box "copy and paste-able".
Greece and Scandinavian countries are in Europe, as well as the most important part of Russia economically speaking.

Russia isnt Europe.

lol.... it's Eurasian. Russia's landmass lies aproximately 80% in Asia and 20% in Europe :p

BTW.... Engeeerlaaaand !!!!!!
In Mother Russia, English speaks you!

/Lame I know.
As long as the player names are not in russian or whatever language with a different alfabet, I see no problem.

And for those who would prefer a common language, I think we could all use mandarin as this is the most frequently spoken language in the world :)
only cos there is so many chinese ppl or w/e...
Well, this new support for special characters means that more people will use them and write in Russian or whatever language, even some who up to now always used normal English. It would sure suck to be in Giran and not be able to read lots of the shop titles, and of course /findprivatestore would not work, either. Guess we have to see how it develops - we already have the first shops in Giran on Hindemith where I have no clue what they are offering, so I'd have to click on every single one of them to see if they sell something I'm interested in...

Russia isnt Europe.

And Russia's population lies roughly 80% in Europe and 20% in Asia. And it's culture is 100% European, unless you want to nitpick a lot, in which case I suggest we start talking Basque and Sami, since those two are the only cultures which survived the last Ice Age in Europe.

WTS geography and history lessons.

Personally, I see it as a chance to improve some languages I already know (Russian, first language I learned and fourth in total), and some I didn't, as well as improving my reading of the Cyrillic and Greek alphabets.

And on the whole, I feel the Euro servers feel a bit more European now. :)

And on the whole, I feel the Euro servers feel a bit more European now.

Yeah.. Change it back please :p
I don't really care about this, but I want to understand other people.
Implement a sort of babble/google translate ingame so at least you have some vague idea what the other people are saying in whatever language they are using. (sort of like the enlish-to-japanese and vice versa from FFXI).

But this might require more funds then they are willing to invest... . If they use some free systems and adapt the source code it's not that expensive.

:)
whats the difference between greeks or chinese or whatever speaking in their own language and russians having an alphabet too. It has been like this since day one, sometimes people talk in global in their own language.
I got an idea, just go PK everybody speaking in russian alphabet!

The Alphabet Killer

It wasn't English anyway. It was translit :p
It would be nice to have some basis to understand what the people around you are saying. I can read enough in several languages to get the basic idea, however, Cyrillic escapes me.

If you think Cyrillic is hard (it isn't, it's about as complex as Latin or Greek), wait until you see the first people talking to each other in Arabic. :)

If you could "read enough" in some languages whose native alphabet is Cyrillic, you should have welcomed the change to Cyrillic from the pre-CT1.5 translit for those languages.

Good addition. Why do we all HAVE TO write english?

We don't. It's just incredibly rude and annoying when people are flooding public channels with a language that can't be understood by all. The language of the servers is after all English, so in my opinion, we should try and stick to English in public channels. I'm not saying that no other languages should be spoken, and maybe it's the newness of it all that makes some people go overboard. But everything in moderation, yeah?
As you may have noticed, English isn't my first language either, but I don't speak Danish in shout either- for two reasons; 1) It's hard to find someone to speak Danish with :p and 2) It's just, yes, RUDE. I take it to PMs immediately, when I begin a conversation in my own language.
I realize that there are a whole lot more Russians and Greeks, so maybe we should be able to create chat rooms? :)

I did say Cyrillic escapes me. Its one of those things that just refuses to stick in my mind.
I love seeing half the shops with russian titles and having the shout chan filled with crap that means literally nothingto me.

But Cyrillic alphabet is not a big thingie. Especially when compared to languages.

Welcome to Lineage II. When did you start playing, yesterday? :)
No language in the world can be understood by "all", Champa. Each language group has as much right to shout as does any other. More people speak mandarin or french or spanish than speak english.

I find those who critisize the use of non-english languages to be somewhat biased and offensive.
Sure, if you're gonna take that approach. I don't mean languages that can be understood by all globally. I guess I should have specified that I meant in-game, not in the world. The game itself is in English (text on quests, skills, everything). So I expect that most people playing can understand some English as well. I know that some don't (I've partied with some), but most do.
I could be all politically correct, but I'm too aggravated to beat around the bush.
We all have the "right" to shout, annoy, express our opinions. And react when something provokes a feeling.

Nothing has changed. If multi-language chats were the doom of L2, then we're doomed since the first day.

Edit: I wouldn't worry too much about the buy/sell shops in other languages. If it is harder for you to find what you need to buy, it will be harder for them to sell. Right now everything is new and shiny, but eventually the seller market will work itself out and everyone will list shops and for sale items in the language most likely to get their item sold. ;) That's just common sense.

I love it when you talk dirty. :)
i gave it 3 days and look what happened in 24hrs.

LOL
i have no problems against other languages being used..

but being that this game is NA based with euro servers available... The general primary language is english..

If anyone has a problem that they can't understand english... it's not our fault. We definitely should be harassing anyone using non english in chat or doing anything. But so long as there is some method of communicating. I know some players that i have to tell someone else what i want to say to this other player due to the communcation problems involved. Frankly i think it's interesting, frustrating if you need to get something done and it gets screwed up due to the lag in communcation involved.... But nothing to get ****** off at another person for.

They definitely shouldn't be getting ****** off at an english speaking person if neither seems to know wtf is going.

I've actually had very interesting and halarious communcations with some greek/german/russian/spanish/french/etc speaking people using a horrible translator. Translate thier message, read it, type a responce, translate it and volla.... Usually the translator makes a mess of things, but they can typically get a general idea of what was said, occasionally the translated message makes no sense and everyone gets a laugh about it.
yeah, thats great judas. good on you for it

Brilliant loop hole. Just adds to my /block list. They're standing at the Newbie Guide in Dwarven Village spamming everyone they see. Petition list was at 62 ahead of mine.
I know I will just disable general chat with the current state of affairs. Pretty simple.

If anyone want to speak to me they will just have to whisper me.
Clan chat will most likely be free of adena-sellers anyway and if I feel like trading I will just enable it when I go shopping.

Hero chat is plainly the domain for grown-up "kids" these days so I will not watch that.

Now if only I could get assured that PM-spams will be taken care off...
(I know I am dreaming rofl)
I like it when the boat gets rocked. Especially when it involves upsetting people that up until now have displayed an ignorance only previously dreamt of.

We have always had Greeks speaking Greek, and Russians speaking Russian. The only thing different are the characters used. We have always had kids and ignorant adults DEMANDING that foreign players speak in English OR ELSE. We've even had name-calling and racist abuse because they converse in their own language.

It's very simple.... chat isnt moderated, chat isnt regulated, there are no rules about language spoken on the servers. You can hardly blame a Russian for speaking Russian, or a Greek for speaking Greek just because you dont like it, especially after all the crap that they have had to put up with (name-calling, racism etc).

Seems to me like a small minority of US players want it 100% their way, or else they cry real hard. I won't be crying when the US servers start closing 1 by 1 while the Euro servers are booming thanks to our Greek and Russian friends.

/Rant off

btw... if NC really cared about your crying over adena site spam they would have fixed it long long ago. I would like to see it stopped, but hey, it's not going to makeme quit L2, so is it really that important ?... no, it isn't. Get over it.
It is natural for some to get irriated when someone else speaks in a language they do not understand. Especally when one is in an enviornment that commonly speaks one language, and this "other" language is something else.

For common language etiquette where it becomes rude is when all parties can speak a common tongue... but some individuals chose to use something else around others that do not. They might do it because they are more comfortable speaking in it, or doing it with the intent of not letting others that cannot understand it know what they are saying. Either way.. those instances consitute a rude language use.

Where it is not rude is when some parties involved cannot speak a "common" tongue, so they use the best form of communication they can. This could be to someone else who is interpreting, etc.

And we all know how much (or little) manners or etiquette our fellow players like to use... heh. So all of the above behavior is quite expected on both sides of the coin in this game.

I personaly am not too worried about it myself just as long as it does not cause any problems with the game mechanics (targeting, shopping, etc.. ) As for some using a different alphabet in there shops? Well they just simply lost me as a potential coustmer. But then again.. I mostly farm my own mats and craft my own gear. So it realy does not affect me much.

Seriously.. think about this game as the only truely Global MMO. Most other mmo companies restrict IP's to certian area's of the planet. I think it is wonderfull to play with folks from around the globe on the same game/server I am on. You wont see that option in most other MMO's out there. To me this is a benifit, rather than a problem. But then again.. I don't walk around with blinders, where others are more comforable with them on. And I might even learn how to read a little of another language in the process.

I love it when you talk dirty. :)

Hahaha! You know it babe! ;)
Sure i like playing with people from all around the world, yes, even russians. Greek friends tried to teach me some greek, albeit, mostly bad words, i used a translator site to translate what i wanted to say, ofcourse it came up in greek alphabet, i knew a few letters from maths like lambda etc. People could communicate fine before this, but it doesnt change the fact that this is an english speaking game where all in game related stuff is in english and therefore all chat should be in english with the english alphabet.

Another thing, i had learned a few words in most languages to communicate as we all have (probably), and now everything is unrecognisable with people saying what they used to say, the exact same word, but people having to say "eh?" "wtf?" and then the person says it back in the english alphabet version.

English language game English being spoken in game.

Korean language game Korean being spoken in game.

Seems to me like a small minority of US players want it 100% their way, or else they cry real hard. I won't be crying when the US servers start closing 1 by 1 while the Euro servers are booming thanks to our Greek and Russian friends.

Wait.. what? You do know that this whole thread was started by a EURO player who was disgruntled with Russian language on Euro servers.. right?

Next time you preach cultural tolerance you should try not to slam entire continents for no reason. ^^;;
So, NC finally adds functionality we requested since day one and of course some people are going to have a cry about it, you really think you would understand russian that much better if they type it romanized? if so I suggest you invest some time to learn cyrillic and those dirty russins wont be able to secretly hold conversation about YOU in shout any more.

Im not russian, I dont understand a word in cyrillic and Im very glad to see this implemented, maybe one day we can have chinese implemented too!
Dont bother about Everard, he is just a butthurt little brit.. ;)
LolSweden. Why the [CENSORED!!!!!!] would we have chinese in game!?!!?!? Jesus, all u [censored] liberals ruin everything.

you really think you would understand russian that much better if they type it romanized?

Actually, yeah. At least with Latin letters, we can spot the occasional English word. Like in one party I was in someone said "blahblah restart blahblahblah" (blah=language I don't understand :p), so I figure, okay, if he disappears, it means he had to restart his computer. Shortly after he vanished, and a little while later, he came back.
With latin letters you could use bable fish or google translate and at least make some sense of the conversation. I can't type in cyrillic so now my russian friends speak only total gibberish :(
Like it or not English is the new Lingua Franca. Anyone who fails to see that and starts bashing Americans/Brits for stating a simple fact are either stupid or narrow-minded.

yeah, thats great judas. good on you for it

just one TIIIIIIINY little thing that was NOT considered. Unicode adena spams.

yes, its true, the *****es are spamming ***** adena ads and givn NC's OWN POLICY to not ban based on foreign languages spoken written or anything - these adena vendors have found the loophole needed to play toons, sell adena and never loose an account.

Did you try petitioning them, or are you just being provocative?

Because I do petition the Russian spammers, and they do get banned for it. Every. Single. Time.
Personally I already know greek alphabet, and now I'm learning cyrillic one (which has some similarities). And it's funny to see Russians writing "lol" with cyrillic alphabet :p

Proof?

No? Ever think their trial accounts just run out and they create a new one, or was that too hard to think of?

We *DO* have proof (from several GM's, all screenshoted..do a search) that GM's have said they do NOT ban for things said in foreign languages since they cant understandt hem.

Proof > No Proof.
Maybe they understand a few things ;)
Yea - so I guess that means that I can now say all kinds of bad things as long as they are not in english and I will not get banned for it - woot!!! I'm about to make a sailor blush.

:)
I don't care about the fact that the implented Unicode, I am ****** about the fact that my armor dropped 10mil in value thanks to having Plated Leather Boots in NPC Shop (wtf!) same goes for Karmian which dropped 2.5mil in value thanks to the update. Also they killed my last remaining Adena income by making Spellbooks buyable at normale NPC stores (won't start about the loss of Pa'agrio's Heart which I have 3x in WH which is worth [censored] now).

Thank you very much NCSoft. Next time if you wanna support newbie players make the prices NPC Shops gives for items you sell to a NPC higher other then making hard to get craftable, huntable and questable items worth [censored].
on the plus side, C crystals have dropped in price!
I have a funny felling that we might see a mass exit from L2 because of how stupid things have become and will come. I know there are a number of people that are just waiting for the games in development to be released. It is a shame really, cuz L2 is a great game, but how it is being run ****** everyone off.

on the plus side, C crystals have dropped in price!

So what? All my chars are B-grd and I am not a summoner nor I do craft C-grd or low B-grd. No profit for me there. Also there is no reason for me to setup my level 5x crafter now because of the loss of C-grd crafts thanks to the ******ed update.

on the plus side, C crystals have dropped in price!

The price savings over the old way is (very) roughly less than 30a each. If your making shots that is something like .01 adena per shot difference. ...aka less than 1 adena per shot. And unlike gas stations, L2 doesn't allow for sub 1a prices.

I don't think you will see massive changes in the C crystals or shot market at all.
On Lionna we now have ppl trying to sell them for over 6k ea. As if its cheaper to buy from them rather than just buy from npc and crush them ourselves. Prices should be around 3-3,200 at the most.

What for?

I see them, I report them, on average two to three hours they have a new char there, repeat.

Test accounts don't run out in hours.

If you'd like me to make screen shots and notice times, I can do that next week, no problem.

Thanks for ruining the euro servers making [censored] russian alphabet available, like the zerg wasnt bad enough already now no one can even understand a single word or letter.

GG.

/Moving back to a US server

I'm so glad I exchanged Lineage II for Age of Conan Open Beta... :P

So you have none.

Gotcha.

Well, one thing you have to keep in mind is that is the cost for *me* to get them. If your getting them from me as a sell shop, I'm going to stick a margin on top of that. (I need money too, and nothing comes free.) And 3,200 isn't even 100a each. (Crush low C at 2M cost for a mere 53,700 profit? Are you crazy? Yeah it's fast, but that's 2M tied up that you could use elsewhere...it's not just total adena, but how fast you can turn it over that makes things 'worthwhile'.)

But I don't ask nowhere near 6k! Unless you have a sell shop up every day, the amount of adena you get from selling at a 'reasonable' cost (more like 15%, just like taxes) is hardly enough to really make it worthwhile. (you are limited by how much cash is on hand, how much you can afford to tie up in crystals/shots and how much wieght you can carry...even at max weight a dwarf can only hold so many shots.)
pain, some crazy botlord ****** has had those two shops up with C D crystals and a random other item since forever. a couple month back, WH finally picked up that shop and the price has stuck.

but indeed the low C crystal cost is a great addition.

have you tested to see what the crystal cost is from other NPC items like aquastone jewelery, etc ? the price shouldnt fluctuate too much, but theres bound to be a low spot in the system.

Already checked....jewelry costs more per crystal. Basically the higher the overall item cost, the lower the per crystal cost. Buying a weapon gives the best deal, jewelry the worst deal, with armor being inbetween. (But closer to weapon costs.)

...I should probably update my Crystalize program again, now that we have better information on the S80 items. (Which I still need to add to the database for that.)
