Ok I have not posted on the forums before but have read them. I need help leveling my destroyer level 71 with a dragon slayer sadly no pole and I’m poor so I can't buy one. I solo or grind with a se or warcryer. I have been getting 1 % every 20 minutes since 68. Is there any where to level faster. The grid is starting to get to me. I could use some good leveling areas. So if you know some place let me know. Thanks
That's actually a pretty decent rate for XP, in my experience, for a Destroyer. (So much for all the talk about over-powered Destroyers fropm ppl who know jack about it.) Best places at that level are probably WoA, Hot Springs, or the Catas when you can find a small group.
yeah. i had a hell of a time lvling my destro sub. i ended up going woa and killing the homunculus's. they are weak fire so your infernal form makes a big difference in the damage. i duo'd with a wc. 1% a buff round is good and you would be lucky to keep that kind of exp past 71
Dazhar don't forget about parties specially in Cats, i know you cant afford a pole at the moment but if you could borrow one Dark omens might be a good place to go with a few people, our 76's got 6% in 3 hours down there in a pole party

A pole is only required if you're going to do a pole party. Plenty of people do groups and never touch a pole. Also, if you're not poling, you're most working inside the room. You won't XP as fast, but you'll find it's easier to hang onto the room that way.

1+% per buffround at FotD when I went 75-76 with PP buffs only. Then again, I was running Frenzy/Rage pretty much all the time I could. Exp speed was determined by runspeed and mob density ^^
At 76+ you can reach around 1+% buffround at the spots near the path to Parnassus on IoP, but since they nerfed the stone drops, might aswell go Pagans for less running.

1> Go to the upper part of Hot Springs. This is by far the best XP rate if you are solo (with SE/WC buffs) for 71+
2> Use Infernal Form all the time since several mobs there are weak to fire (Flava and Nepenthes which you should seek out)
3> For Pete's sake, SWITCH FROM DRAGONSLAYER TO INFERNAL MASTER/FOCUS!
4> Finish every mob with Crush of Doom or Fatal Strike to get the overhit
5> Use Majestic Heavy or Tallum Heavy
6> Make sure you have STR+4, DEX+5 with -CON when you XP

71, I was xping in mos just depends what buffers you have
kims, I'm not sure where you're coming from, or if you and I are even talking about the same thing. I don't want to derail this thread too much - maybe you could PM me if you want to discuss this further, at least until we could know we are talking about the same thing.
if u have -con in hs make sure u have resist stun and majestic heavy. i did hs with inf master focus, wc (same lvl) and tallum. it didnt work out the best. definatly use maj heavy at least in hs.
