difference about classes

hi.
i would like to know the difference between arbalester and soul breaker.
my kamael is still Lv15, but i want to be thinking what class to turn her into.... so far i know arbalester uses crossbow and soul breaker rapier and some dark magics.
what would be pros and cons of each class if possible, thanks :)

Arbalester has the same range as other Archers for shotting a crossbow the problem is some of the skill are short range but most are 900 just like the other archers.

how much crit/range does sharpshooting add?

range is increased by Increase Range passive skill


Sharpshooting Temporarily increases accuracy, range, P. Atk., and Critical attack rate. :p

Arbelester with Shyeed bow conversion (screaming vengence) and focus with double crit augment + sharpshooting resulted in a little more then 460 crit rate ... (and that's just with BD dances and SWS dance plus the basic SE buffs)

is soul shock a stun skill? when i see it has 200 range for a kameal archer class I never learn it, but if it has instant stun or reallt fast skill skill then maybe it worth the sp??

soul shock is a "fear" skill.... if it lands (and it usually does)..

And it has a rather fast reuse time.


It last as long as an SH's FEAR as well.... they'll run way the hell away.

Also excellent for making someone commit suicide by running into a pile of agro mobs....

BD dances don't help critt rate

I Know that be he was talking about boosting crittt rate

at the time i had bd dances..

i know bd doesn't effect the rate..

but my gaud, one shotting a red mob that's saposed to be 2x hp is one beautiful thing...

Does the arbalester have any over-hit skills that do not cost an overly large amount of MP?

yes... almost all the skills are overhit..

Twin shot i can use pretty much non stop....

The beautiful thing is that unlike other archers kamaels don't use mana for their regular shot...so they have a LOT more mana for skill usage...

If you grind a PR up for instance you never get to use any of their skills except in short-burst PvP...my Kamael gets to pop off a twin shot for overhit almost every other mob.

Above and beyond the fraction of xp gain, it just makes the grind more enjoyable...while I've not been impressed thus far with how she holds up to other archers she's definately one of the most fun toons to lvl imo...and truth told she's only a 75.5 and most of the archers she's gotten owned by are 150 attrib drac bow archers...so I'm maybe being overly critical...
