Yup, I think it does. And no little (TM) or anything like that either.
Man ballin. No Cyrlic means the Russians will be working extra hard to communicate which means their awesome formation/army control will crumble giving us a chance to beat them in PVP!
You know, I had a daydream once that it wasn't russians but just a bunch of nerds that talk in cyrillic just to keep their tactics and stuff secret.
(This more applies to the other game I play, EVE: Online, a game where spying on other people and corporations really happens and is a big part of the game)
