What do you mean Loophole? NCSoft said they will START restricting Trial accounts now, they can't do much about the ones already out there. It will take time...
Still. They spam their ads for adena and accounts sales using Trade window and the messages are now ...multi-lingua. Same ad in English, French, German, Spanish, Brazilian, Italian, and so on, and so on.
well they could not have thought that the little change they made to trial accounts were going to make any difference... hmm lets see how do they get the adena to sell ... oh wait they have active accounts... there by they have accounts to invite people to join the freaking game as a trial account.
Heres my suggestion to fix this problem, No trail account can PM.
If you dont think thats an option any trial account which is found to be advertising is banned and the account which gave them the trial account is also banned.
Limit it so at most 1 account can give out 1 free trial per week.
I think that banning the account that gave the trial out is a little extreme. However I can certainly understand that it would 100% increase people discretion on giving them out but I think it's a slippery slope that would lead to alot of unecessary bannings.
The no pm on trial accounts is a good thing, perhaps even give the tiral accounts their own "mini l2" version of the server, something like just their starter town nothing more?
problem with the own mini server wouldnt give actual new players the experience of playing the game; change it so like WoW you cannot PM a person unless they are on your friends list and now they can't pm people en mass. limit the number of friends list per toon to say 10 (most new players wont get that many friends in first 20lvls)
And if not banning the people who give them out suspend them on the first instance for say 5 days, 10 second 3rd banned
Matsumoto /block gets old fast I have about 50 of them blocked and I still get more. I did though get one banned xD stupid bot used the name "GMBar" and was spamming trade with it. that wos one time that I acaully saw something done Immediately O.o.
Also Matsumoto even if the ebaying stopped the ads would still be there, the bots will still be there, because alot of the GRs buy adena and your not going to get them to stop. the only way to stop the problem is to remove whats causeing it and thats the Trail accounts.
Suggestions to kill the ads:
-Remove Trial accounts
-Make trial accounts say 2 or 3 days long
-Make it so that you HAVE to pay at least 1 mth to obtain a trail account
-(easiest and best) Remove the funtion of Shout, Trade, Whisper from the trial accounts.
you already cant trade with the people that use trial accounts. make it so that you can only use general chat, people will be happier to click of general chat rather then trade, shout, or whisper.

I am not naive I realize that the money involved for these services will always have companies advertising in game.

bots/adena site are here to stay - if NCNA had the [censored] they could do something... but since they do not have control over the the content, they can not do anything without NCK permission (do I need to list the bugs that have existed since C1 that have not been fixed).
Deal with adena sellers & botters, vendors of game benefits should not repression, but to eradicate the cause of it.
For the rapid development of my character, I have a lot of monsters to kill, instead of doing quests.
Yet I do Quest to get things (such as the wishing potion quest) and runs from end to end the game world, another player killing monsters get a lot of experience better then me.
He will win, but my development (expiriens) stops
Accordingly, he buys adena in order not to remain naked (i have no expiriens but i have a lot of necessery things), and to accelerate the process uses a bot.
For win i need obtain more experience from quest better than from the simple killing monsters
Necessary to change the game, make many quest for party & solo playng which are difficult to automate

You don't need to do Wish Potion quest anymore -- if you mean the Heart of Paagrio amulet. It is sold by NPC at the grocery shop in Orc starting village. The same applies for many spellbooks: we spent hours and hours, or even days killing mobs to get them (Unholy resistance comes to mind) only to have this update make them available at starting villages. The later one would be a good reason to quit the game. I still feel the devs' sadistic laugh at my face.
This is merely an example of one of the unsuccessful quests

Adena sellers and botters are easy to recognize and ban, NCSoft just does not do it. It should not take 6 months to ban accounts for botting. A GM that makes a short trip to any catacomb will find any number of rooms monopolized by toons that are clearly botted. What's more, a few simple tests can reveal the truth beyond any shadow of doubt.
NCSoft could take a hard line against this problem but they do not.
wait till you start getting into the mid-med/high catacombs, we trained over 7 different groups in 1 cata alone just on our way to the back of a lvl 60.
