Giran

The good 'ol town of Giran. I was just wondering why Giran is such a giant hub for shops. I mean I'm not complaining just wondering. You go there and it's always packed with shops. There are even sections that you know the crafters sit. I remember a time when Gludio was packed with shops. Then we use to run back and forth from Gludio to Dion to go shopping. but now both of those towns are pretty bare. But Giran still remains the "big city". Ok I know this is probably a silly thread but what are your thoughts on this. Why hasn't the market moved to another city by now?
Mostly because many people have newbie dwarves that they just do the 'Into the world' quest and keep their larger sell slot dwarf there.
It's also because in Giran the price of items is the lowest at 0% taxes.
And Giran was the only town with shops where players can buy C grade items to crush for crystals. (I'm not saying that was a big reason, but I suspect it was a factor.)
Annnd, lol... its got the most teleport options from neighbouring regions.
Doesn't Gludio have the same amount?
It's pretty much ALL of this reasons at some point in the development of the game.

At the point that many of those reasons kicked in Giran was already the established and undisputed trading center of the game. A new reason to stay tacked on just insured that it would still be coming this late in the game.

I really like that it is: its one economic trait of Aden that is accurate to the lore.
