the decrease weight buff from eo and ee, i have a 35 eo and everytime i use this buff i've can't remember seeing my weight % go down, is this a known issue?
The weight doesn't go down as in the number on your inventory, but try buffing yourself when you're heavy and you'll notice the penalty will still go away.
So yeah, it works, it just doesn't visually reduce the % on your inventory.

The buff does not increase your total weight capacity. What it means is that you can, for example, be at 60% of capacity and still not get any weight penalty.
Yeah, I was tricked by that stupid revelation buff a few times when I first subbed my glad and didn't know how many shots I could carry... I'd go out with like 10k+ shots and then be way overweight when it lifted. >.<
