Hello I have been farming the rec with my bounty hunter for the last 3 days and nothing. :( Anyone else having any luck. Thx for the help.
It's totally random I know a person who got it on his first mob, and i know another person who lvled 3 BH's just for that and he didn't a single one.. he had to suck it up and buy the rec...
So i don't know what to say.. its all about chance,...
I bought one because I got tired of trying to get the drop and then got 3 of them in the next 2 days collecting WH keepers coins :) Made my money back and then some.
I got it from golems, forget it if you are in D grade because monster eyes will kill you and you need C grade jewelry to resist enough. They spoil a lot of varnish so it's a good thing to do, I came back with the recipe and like 200 varnish :)
I had similar problem with this recipe, but I managed to get it from golems too. But it took me few days to get it.
First, I was trying to get it from drakes at Sea of Spores (where I was getting everything from them exept the recipe, 3xGlaive edges, 2x +1 STR/-1Con Dyes).
Few days later, I tried it in the IT pit and it seems I have been lucky, I got it in 2 hour session or so. These eyes can hurt you a bit, but its doable even in D-grade (take a partner for better survivability) or find some nuker class who is killing the eyes while you go for the golems (eyes are wind-weak...)

O well maybe you might change your mind later. Or at least just check and see if you have all your names before quiting you never know the other person might Quit when hellbound hit for all we know.
Thank you Ashley. Maybe i will pop back for Gracia but my 3 main toons Shera, Moneta and DarkFantasy have equivalent on Lionna and are at threat to be lost.
DarkFantasy is recent so I could understand but the 2 others are from OB.
And really I could not log back into the game before 21th of July or so, plenty time to lose my characters names.
